Official Waco Tax Day TEA Party

Conservative grassroots organizations will mark April 15, 2009 with Nationwide Tax Day Tea Parties
Building on the success of other T.E.A. (Taxed Enough Already) Party protests held in multiple cities around the nation, a group of Waco and McLennan County citizens have come together to protest on April 15th, 2009. This is a non partisan, grassroots peaceful protest against wasteful spending & taxation policies. The protests have been timed to coincide with the date by which Americans must pay their federal income taxes.
Two Tax Day Tea Parties in Waco are scheduled.
Afternoon Event:
When: April 15th, 2009 from 11:30 – 1:30
Where: The Freedom Fountain at Heritage Square (downtown Waco)
300 Austin Avenue, Waco, Texas
Evening Event:
When: April 15th, 2009 from 5:00 – 6:30
Where: United States Post Office
430 W State Highway 6, Waco TX (Near Providence)
