I am so flipping outraged by this. I actually had to call my husband over and show this to him. As a banker, I actually know people who have gone with the CARS program. One thing that irritates me is that many of these people are more than capable of affording a new car WITHOUT the program, but now my tax dollars are going to buy them a car!
