social network for conservatives
There is much discussion about the merits of compromise, which is the usual case when liberalism is in retreat. Compromise is fine ONLY IF the parties have a mutually agreeable destination.
Liberals believe in
Conservatives believe in

It is fair to ask liberals, as Reagan did in his wonderful speech "A Time for Choosing", about the score when the Gipper said
We have so many people who can't see a fat man standing beside a thin one without coming to the conclusion the fat man got that way by taking advantage of the thin one. So they're going to solve all the problems of human misery through government and government planning. Well, now, if government planning and welfare had the answer—and they've had almost 30 years of it—shouldn't we expect government to read the score to us once in a while? Shouldn't they be telling us about the decline each year in the number of people needing help? The reduction in the need for public housing?"
We have a score. The nation ran the Founder's way with limited government and in accordance with conservative principles until the early 1900s and it became the most prosperous nation on Earth. Then liberalism ascended and the nation finds itself on the verge of bankruptcy and unable to create prosperity. As citizens of a once great nation we have not only a choice to make in 2012, but a duty to continue the conservative counter revolution. It is not enough to go to the polls, we must become involved with our candidates and our local political parties. Now is a time for choosing.
