Democrat to introduce bill would force Obama to reveal birth documents

Hawaii state Sen. Will Espero, a Democrat, has confirmed plans to introduce legislation through which the state's lawmakers would force the public disclosure of all President Obama's birth documents held by the Hawaii Department of Health, including President Obama’s long-form original birth certificate.
Espero told WND his bill is aimed at "giving citizens access to birth records" under a standard of government transparency which would permit journalists to request in writing the public disclosure of vital birth records including long-form birth certificates of all persons born in Hawaii. He said it would include the release of birth records on those previously born in Hawaii.

There are indeed a few Democrats who have not drank "the liberal kool aid". We even have a few in Massachusetts, but their numbers here are very few.
When I first heard of this controversy about the birth certificate, I blew it off as nonsense from the conspiracy theorist camp. I thought that the Democratic party leaders may be a lot of things, but stupid isn't one of them. They surely would not run a candidate who had not been fully vetted, with regard to eligibility. Now, I'm not so sure. I feel this needs to be answered once and for all.
I apologize if this question has already been asked, but has Barack Obama ever been issued a United States Passport? That seems like a simple enough question.

I want to thak the gentleman for introducing this prosposed bill. Obama needs to be vetted once and for all. If he's legit then that's fine , if he's not he needs to step down. My personal opinion doesn't matter , but protecting the Constitution does!
This document is scared and is to be adheaed to no matter the cost.

The problem is much larger than just this though. He was also adopted by his step father while in the phillipines I believe. If this were true, he would have surrendered his citizenship, and under the laws, he would not be re-eligible for citizenship. Thus he could not be president. Also, there are signed birth documents now surfacing from kenya. Though it is tricky to find them, as the government for some reason just turns people away when they go looking, someone has found them and is presenting them as evidence in some state court. I don't remember exactly which state. If we ever really want to get to the bottom of this, we need all of this information dealt with along with all school and college records, as that for some reason he has hidden those. It is easily believable that because of his status of citizenship on those records, he has kept them hidden. He possibly put that he wasn't a citizen, specifically because of financial aid reasons. There is much more to this than what this senator alone is doing, though it is an excellent start.
