END GAME: The Strategy, Short and Sweet
I'm wondering if any of you have taken stock lately of the rumblings of our conservative uprising?
It appears to have become a citizen reawakening of vibrant anger, frustration and righteous indignation against an attempt by the Progressives and this president and Congress to change America into a banana republic under the auspices of the United Nations. A dream coming true for those who have been planning it for nearly a century and a nightmare for those of us that still cling to our guns and religion, and which is, day by day becoming a deadly threat to those of us who love our Constitutional rights and understand what checks and balances are for. We get it. We don't want a North American Union. Much less a New World Order. Nor do we want to adhere to international treaties and law. We believe in American sovereignty and Constitutional law.
How did we get here? I know you know the answer to that by now. The anger we all feel for those who unfairly tax and regulate us is rightfully directed at both parties. And our distaste for the political rot that has crushed our economy, has ushered in something new. We all feel that we have been betrayed and lied to. Right? So, how can we harness our righteous rage into a strategy that can save us from what many sense as imminent doom?
All politics start at the local level. If you are sitting reading this and are thinking about directing your political efforts and loyalties to the purists of the conservative revival, think again.
If you truly believe we are on the verge of losing everything, how effective can your vote be for any other conservative party/parties, that would drain the Republican party of the numbers needed to win back Congress in the mid-term elections? By splintering the Republican party we will be handing Congress back to the Progressives and Obama, and any hope for a Presidential win in 2012. Because my conservative friends, there is no more time for purist perfection of the movement. The only chance we have is to unite, along with Independents, moderate liberals and disaffected Republicans and join the Republican Party's revival. That means that YOU and I are the Republican revivalists at our local levels, in our city precincts, districts and States. Because, the sweet and short of it is this:
WE CANNOT WIN WITHOUT YOU. We can only win back Congress with the NUMBERS and I welcome Democrats, Independents and good Conservative Constitutionalists to join with the only party that can pose a serious threat to the current administration, if it stays together. You are the purist element that will decide who gets on the ballot by joining your precinct as an elected Committeeman/woman. Please read Earl B's "The Most Powerful Office in the World?" on the side bar of this page! Time is running out. Stats are for losers. Final score is for winners.

The only thing I can add to Laura's post is to encourage everyone here to get involved in our STATE groups. Each of you have one on this site. Help then organize. Help excite them. Help them come together in a united voice for the work ahead -- it has to begin at the state level. There are a number of links on our site for how YOU can get involved. If you are interested in leading out in one of the state groups, please get with me ... I assure you I can put you to work within TCUnation doing something to help win back congress in 2010. That is our first and foremost priority for now. Anything beyond that is wasted time and effort !!!

You say to get involved in our state groups. I have contacted my congress woman so many times, I can't count them on my hands and toes. I live in Arkansas and I'm sure you have heard of Senator Blanche Lincoln. Talking to her is like talking to the wall. None of my officials here listen to anyone. I've gone to town hall meetings, tea bagger gatherings, picketed in front of Blanche Lincoln's office - notified by mail and email all of them numerous times, but to no avail. So I ask you, what can I physically do to change the situation we are in right now with Obama if no one will listen? I get it. I get everything every Conservative is saying on this website, but no one has come up with a solution except to vote them out in 2010. Is this the only solution? A lot of damage has already been done with Obamacare and by the time we get to vote in November, the damage will have already been done. Now, I'm not giving up on my country - not by a long shot, but just how do you get involved in your state group if they are not listening to you? Any ideas?

The idea is to get involved in their state groups here on TCUnation.
You can find your state group by selecting Groups and then State Groups at the top of any page.
If your state group does not appear to be active, then please notify me and we will see if we can stir the pot a little within that group.

One additonal thing you can do is to send money to the opponent of any Liberal Progressive Senator or Congressman regardless of which state. In that way you can hopefully participate in the taking back of Congress by Conservative or more moderate legislators. Keep on doing what you have been doing.... but stay informed.... find out the "juicy" targets..... and contribute to their opposition candidates.

A totally disastrous plan for now ... there isn't time. We have 11 months until election time, and only a few months until candidates are placed on ballots for the primaries. The only way we can take back congress right now is to unite with what we have. We can work on other things later ... think it through, guys. There is not anywhere near enough time to accomplish the evolution of a third party ... it would only hand the democrats the upcoming elections -- winning an election is only about the numbers.

Well, I beg to differ.
The numbers needed come from the large number of Independent voters coming back to the party, which is by the way being commandeered by the tea party and constitutional activists at the local level. The party is our home and We the People must clean it out and get the right people in. All together we can win if we bring back the PEOPLE to the party, not vice-versa. It is the People's party. I site Scott Brown's victory in Massachusetts as a case study for all of us to consider!! Thanks!

That Mike, is exactly what I am saying. Clean house and press the re-start button with candidates of OUR choice. We have to start somewhere. It's that short and sweet. The NUMBERS count, but if we have an unfocused, scattered conservative base going every which way, we divide our numbers. The end result is we cut off our noses to spite our face. STUPID! We the People ARE the establishment from the beginning of our Constitutional Republic. We have given it away to the crooks and the Progressives. Time's up. We're taking it back. PERIOD! Join in my friend and make a difference. Thanks!!!!

Dear Laura,it is time to take back the country by fighting for whats right at all level of government.One thing in the peoples favor is the bigger the government gets,the less efficient it becomes.I can't think of a single thing that the government has taken control of that has worked as well as the private sector.Granted ,Obama and his evil minions have put their fascist fingers in every ones pie.Who would have thought that they would control so much in so little time.The key here is : It's all been a drastic failure! I continue to try and do my part here in Kentucky to stay on top of a multitude of issues that concern both me at the local ,state and federal level.Right now ,most of my attention is on things at the federal level.Something has to give here.We the people have only a few choices left against the outright unconstitutional assault on our libertys.One, try to see that a legitimate third party is formed.Two,Civil disobediance-I say their is safety in numbers.If everyone gets to the point that they are forced to make a stand for whats right for the Republic,then I support starving the beast.Third , and final is to arm oneself and form a mutual defense pact with friends or family to defend whats left of the country.It is getting very close to the third option by the action of the privatized coporate entitys (police union) they are trying to traumatize the people into submission by brutal acts against people asserting their lawful rights.This go's on up the ladder to the federal level like the BATF-Bureau alcohol,tobbaco,firearms.They have been going around in the open now on behalf of the Government and trying to force people from gathering for gun shows and shutting down the private sales of firearms!That is treason,and act of war.I was raised in Yankee states ,but know support the southern cause of justice.The real answer now is when do the people say enough is enough.We are all basically serfs.We think we are free ,but that is a facade.The government can come on to your property and do what ever they want.The whole idea of private property really doesn't exist anymore.Can you imagine that you even have to pay the overlords for the right to build and or live on something that is supposed to be yours.I have bought all my weapons leagally,I have a deadly weapons permit for something that is my God given right,what a joke.I will not register my weapons,I will not turn them over to any body.When that time comes,and I can no longer control the situation around me,well, the situation will dictate my actions.I don't care what the coporate controlled media says about me.I only care that I know in my heart that i do what i believe to be right and just.That is to bear arms against all forms of tyrrany or terrorism,be it domestic or foriegn.I am a feedom.I am the Militia.
