Today they shot down a bill to allow us to carry our guns across state lines? Why, I now have a list from the NRA that tells what states will honor your carry permint's! So why would they try and pass a new law when we already have a RIGHT TO CARRY! Well now under the ideal we need a law to protect our right to the 2ad amendment they have now made it against the law to carry even if a state will let you ! do you see the twisted lie they have just placed you in!
IT WAS NEVER AGAINST THE LAW TO CARRY MOST STATES WOULD HONOR YOUR CARRY PERMIT
IF YOUR STATE WILL HONOR THEIRS!!!!!!! taking your second amendment rights in any way they can and 2 republicans voted to stop you from your right! if you know their names list them so they can be canned in the next election!

yes Richard Lugar Ind. and George Voinovich Ohio tratiors along with the others . and that sen schumer and mayor Bloomberg of new york
I will carry mine anyway.
It`s a moot point really.....many states already have a reciprocity agreement with many other states, which is where the REAL power lies....with the states.

Anyway, I can lawfully carry from Indiana to Florida, since Tennessee, Georgia, Kentucky, and Florida all have these agreements with Indiana and recognize our carry permits.

This is not that big a deal.
It makes it look to people that do not know, that it is against the law! when in fact it is not Greg, see the way they twist the truth to gain somthing! fear is a tool that can be used to control!

P.S. it also showes what they think about states rights!
Actually, it IS a big deal, since Obumbler and his Bilderberg cronies have just had the Director of the BATFE to contact all FFL holders in Tennessee, and I beleive all of the other states that have made declarations of State Sovereignty, and basically told them that FEDERAL LAW SUPERCEDES state law and sovereignty! So YES it IS a big deal, since this foreign born usurper has made it clear that the states WILL obey Federal mandates..or else!

Basically, the Fed is not recognizing their Constitutionally mandated limits, and is saying that the Fed has jurisdiction regarding commerce in firearms in ALL areas, and not just under the interstate commerce provisions. They're claiming superceding jurisdiction over all firearms even WITHIN state borders, and regardless of where firearms and accessories are manufactured, or the firearms laws of the several states! So..what's to keep them from claiming the same jurisdiction over right to carry, and claim that their law supercedes state laws on carry and concealment??

As a Texan, and an American..my reply to their entire "pretzel logic" argument is this..." A well-regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state..THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED...PERIOD!! That's all the carry permit I need!! It's called the Second Amendment, and IT supercedes any Federal mandates!!! Any Questions???

Replies like this are completely inappropriate and unacceptable on this site. Tone down the rhetoric, Bush h8er! (And everyone else try not to reply to Bush h8er's rants.) Earl is taking steps to cut down on personal attacks and messages like this (things are clearly in the works here on the TCUnation).

I'm just wondering why you feel you need to carry a gun in the first place. Then again after reading your blog and ignorant rants I'd want a gun too.
Its good to see I'm not the only one to see the game they are playing
