Where can I get a copy of this so I can e-mail it to my buddies? It's GREAT!!!!!
This is how I see it. The constitution is a contract. The federal government accepted it as well as the people at the time of conception of this nation. Both sides agreed. When one side violates that contract it ends. We agreed to be governed by a limited government. Obviously the feds are no longing functioning by the contract. We the people of the several states no longer have any responsibility to obey the edicts of the feds. This represents only one party adhering to a contract. The contract is now null and void. Tell them. Say NO! What do we need them for? To kill us? I don't think so. They do nothing but pillage, plunder and destroy. Take your state back and nullify all federal law passed in the state. If we don't do it, who will? Are we responsible for the federal debt? No. The feds are responsible. Do we have to die because they are in debt? I don't think so. It's up to us to save ourselves, and we can only do that by ending a system that is criminal, irresponsible and arrogant. How many will have to die to pay for the new planes they bought for themselves? Where is the money coming from? Your pocket, that's where. America doesn't want a King and a Royal Court. We want freedom, liberty and life. Screw them.....
I agree with you wholeheartedly...but we must organize and re-group to throw out ALL and ANY politician who does not listen to us! US..we the American people have had enough!
Thanks for sharing this info, Jim. I had not seen the indexed references before and this will help. I hope to d/l a pdf copy this weekend and try to read some of it (even if "little o" hasn't, nor the congress.

God Bless.
Ditto - good breakdown of some of the "nuts and bolts" of what this will do. Also have a good 5 minute video that summarizes the health care reform bill here.
This is huge in it's impact - one of many issues where we can't afford to be asleep at the wheel.
I have forwarded this to everyone in my email address book. I'll probably get send to "flag.com" by a couple of people, but this information NEEDS to be circulated. Thanks!
While I never saw any of the earlier cursive posts because that person was banned from this site, this public information was compiled by Robert Moon, Macon County Conservative Examiner July 24, 2009. I sincerely doubt that the whole editorial board of a public newspaper could fairly be declared racist for pointing out problems with a healthcare bill that they themselves merely referenced but did not author.

The information presented by this article is most certainly worth checking out; if true, then this is hardly a bill that rational and sane people should support in any way, shape, fashion, or form! I downloaded this information from a reliable source that merely presented Robert Moon's compilation on Obama's healthcare monstrosity, but I will see if I can find and post a link to the original published material later today.

We have quite a battle on our hands between the Wards of the Nanny State and the Wards of Freedom!
And, let me just note that this only covers up to page 430!!!! What other horrors are in the other half of this Obamation of a "health care bill"?
I have looked at your notes, thanks by the way, for this analysis. I do disagree on some of your interpretations. When we strike back, we need to strike hard AND CORRECTLY. So I hope that you accept these comments as contributing to finding the real dangers in this bill. Remember, the Dems would love us to waste our energy on issues that are not really issues.
PG29 Line 4-16 - I interpret to say that there is a cap on the amount of cost-sharing (co-pays, etc), NOT limting services
Pg 30, Sec 123 - Yes! This is what make the UK NHS so bad
Pg 42 - Yes
Pg 50, Sec 152 - Yes
Pg 58 - Very scary - Big brother is most certainly watching you
Pg 59 - EFT from our accounts, or is this about payments to providers? Still if not specified could open the door to transactions either direction
Pg 65, Sec 164 - I cannot find any reference to Community organizing groups
Pg 84, Sec 203 - YES, very scary that the gov decides what private companies can and cannot offer
Pg 85, L7 - yes
Pg102, L12-18 - Only mandates a selection IF no prior choice made
Pg124, L24-25 - Do not see the issues stated (ban on suing the federal gov was in place prior to this bill). However, it does prevent any kind of review by Congress or GAO, etc.
Pg127, L1-16 - Only if doctors participate in the public option (which of course might not be a choice after the private options are squeezed to death, but that is a separate issue)
Pg145, L15-17 - I interpret to mean ANY HC insurance, not necessarily the gov system (see lines 1&2)
Pg 146, L22-25 - disagree -just determines that part-time employees should have an employer contribution to HC insurance pro-rated, compared to FT employees.
Pg149, L16-24 - Payroll tax applies to employers who provide no HC insurance (PRIVATE or PUBLIC)- does not force the public option (come on, folks, if we mis-state our issues like this, the Dems will shoot us down)
Pg167 L18-23 - Yes- Luckily this is prorated if less than a year (i.e. between jobs?)
Pg170 L1-3 - Yes, so let's chmage the law allowing non-insured people ER care. Pay first before treatment! This would laos take care of illegal immigrants.
Pg195 - Not really FULL access, terms and conditions of access defined lower down. Still this is pretty draconian, although difficult to police other provisions without this information.
Pg241-321 - yes, yes,yes
Pgs 335 & 341 - medicare related only?
Pgs 354-430 - yes, yes, yes
Nice work going through all that!
Well, I hope someday that you do not need an operation for an aortic aneurysm because if you are a critic of the government, you ain't gonna get it.

flag@whitehouse.gov is only the beginning. I can envision a day when the Consitiution is largely irrelevant, especially with a predominantly left wing Supreme Court. A 49 to 52% approval rating after all that Obama has said or done simply suggests to me that there is a measure of complacency in this country that is now quite dangerous to the wellbeing of this republic. They are counting on that. You snooze. You loose.
You say, "I can envision a day when the Constitution is largely irrelevant." Obama has thrown the Constitution on the scrap-heap of history. He said (after vowing he would defend and protect it) that the Constitution is out of date and we should not be controlled by it.
