Horrors in the New Healthcare Bill - Plain Facts for Review!

PG 29, Lines 4-16: Directly rations health care for the elderly.
PG 30, Sec 123: Establishes a government committee that decides what treatments/benefits you get.
PG 42: The Health Choices Commissioner will choose your benefits for you.
PG 50, Section 152: Extends benefits and coverage to illegal immigrants.
PG 58: The creation of a national ID health card and a comprehensive federal database containing streaming data on every American's personal financial records.

Will there be some changes in the final bill after the House and the Senate play around with it? Probably. But will the changes be substantive when there are so many parts of this bill that are truly offensive and unconstitutional in nature? Probably not -- after all, we know most in Congress don't even take the time to read their bills so they can have an honest discussion on them without first ramrodding them into legislation.
For some to suggest that we should wait until this bill is finalized before we discuss its merits and shortcomings shows a basic ignorance of how things work in Washington - if we wait until it is finalized, there will be no time to discuss it before it is rushed into legislation. That has been the M.O. of this administration, and that's why people are mad as "hades" about it.
Now is the time to get hold of your Representatives in Washington and tell them how angry you are about this bill -- and "politely" remind them that their job will be on the line if they vote for this monstrosity!

Even with all the info we have on the proposed healthcare bill and the change of wording to fool you, I have no doubt that Obama will push this through. He and his cronies, czars or whatever you want to call them do not listen to the voice of the people. I for one will fight as long as possible to prevent a socialistic form of medicine or government. We have done it before and remained strong. Let's not forget history, past presidents have tried this very thing. Theodore and FD Roosevelt tried this same program. When new administration took office, many things were stricken and considered unconstitutional. Knowledge is a strong advocate. We put them in office, well some, I didn't vote for him, but we can remove him. Remain strong.

Another issue that few people are addressing (but should be) is this: Where in the Constitution does it give the Federal Government the power to regulate the healthcare industry???!!! Where?! By what authority are Obama and the Democrats trying to regulate any private industry - banks, financial institutions, car companies, healthcare, whatever?!!
Please show me, if you think it is in the Constitution -- it simply is not there! Why don't you ask your representatives to show you by what authority in the Constitution are they pushing this healthcare monstrosity and socialism over the rest of this country?! And don't let them get away without giving you a firm answer to this all important question!
