I couldn't grade him at all because, since he isn't a natural born citizen as required by the Constitution, he can't be a President in the first place.

A+ for spending 100 million MORE on his inaugural than President Bush spent

WELL, let me first say i am not prone to conspiracy theories. That said, i smell a RAT. The very first thing i remember BO being up to in this 100 days is getting right on the closing of Gitmo. Why would that be one of the first things on your agenda in your first 100? There could very well be a repayment for generous campaign funds from who knows where happening here. THEN they don't particularly like the term terrorist. (remember that??) Now, Pelosi tells us the CIA LIES and the pooor wittle terrorists have feelings too. Knowing 1 of the 3 guys has atleast a percentage of responsibility for 9/11? She is an idiot and Biden a buffoon (sp?) but i fear BO has an agenda even his party and cabinet don't know. How do you grade a guy who is using the office of POTUS to promote his own intrests? FAILING to keep our nation safe.

One big zero!
Public servants are not supposed to care about their own or anyone else's agenda, just the agenda of "we the people". To get a failing grade you at least have to "try" to listen to the people you represent and "try" to fulfill the oath you took for office. No effort, no grade. That's what I was taught in school.

I WOULD GRADE THIS PRESIDENT AS THE MOST EFFECTIVE TERRORIST after the success of the 9.11.01 Terrorists. THEY ARE ALL GETTING THEIR SHOT AT TAKING DOWN AMERICA -- AND CONGRESS IS ALLOWING IT!
