Iran missile launch, does it concern you?
Iran fires a missile with a range of 1,200 miles. It would have the capability of reaching Israel and some US bases.

Obama thinks that when we are kind to despot tyrannies like Iran, they will reciprocate in the same way. This expectation is incorrect. These people are not impressed with kindness and only respect strength. Anything else is seen as weakness to be taken advantage of. Obama's naivety, ignorance and complete lack of education in the area of international politics is already costing us dearly. The slap-in-the-face, Iranian missile launch, clearly shows the ridiculous absurdity of Obama's, "first year away from home, freshman dorm room vision of the world". Obama continues to believe that he alone, can sit down with anyone and correct their misguided thoughts and ambitions, as well as, transform their entire way of thinking to mimic his own warped vision of reality. Not only does he lack the understanding of "Evil", he is convinced that is really doesn't exist.
In truth, progressives have always promulgated the idea that punishment is counter productive and that everyone can and should be rehabilitated; however, never before has such a far-left, delusional radical, zealot like Obama, been given the means and opportunity to completely disregard historic precedent and reality, to pursue a fantasy which is so “life and death” dangerous to so many people.
If people simply woke up and objectively studied the facts of history, the glaring idiocy of Obama’s approach to world affairs, would not be in dispute. Even with the main- stream news media in his pocket, the facts speak for themselves, and this is only his 5th month in office! Already, every single Bush policy, Obama had decried as insidiously misguided during his two year election campaign, has now been adopted by his Administration! Ironically, it is Obama’s hesitancy to adopt and implement the rest of the Bush Administration’s War on Terror Policies, which currently poses the greatest threat to our Nation. In just five short months, Obama’s Policy Platform has damaged us greatly by emboldening our enemies and greatly weakening us, in the eyes of the World.

This is concerning. The Iranian government has supported Al-Qeida, and very interested in regional dominance. Should they gain such then they would have control over key area that are vital to our own national interests, as well as disrupt mid-east balance. Lastly, with such a military capability one needs to ask what kind of security is placed on this capability, who would they support in the development of this capability for other nations and or groups, and lastly but more important; How will the Israeli Gov't respond to this new and significant threat. This has the potential to ignite regional hell on earth.

The West's toleration of a nuclear-arms build-up in Iran is tantamount to its dreaded appeasement policy toward Hitler in the 1930s. It's shameful and foreboding. We will pay a terrible price for it later.

The Iranians can have all the strategic missiles they want, burt what's most important with such a capability is accuracy beyond 500 + miles and type warhead. I sense though that the Iranians are technology sound thus this missile probably being accurate at max range 1,200 miles. It's the warhead that scares me and one could only assume that they will ultimately, if not already, succeed in nuclear warhead carried on this missile. What concerns me most is the Iranians selling or assisting others with this capability.

Obama needs to wake up and smell the rocket fuel. If this is not an direct threat to our nation as well as our allies than what is. We should station a Navy destroyer off there cost and the next missile launch we should shot it out of the sky. Send a message back to them.

I think we should go over to Iran and blow it off the face of the earth. Why does the UN let them build nukes anyway? If they drop one of those missiles into a US Base, they will have hell to pay. Well maybe not because Obama doesn't have the back bone that our other Presidents had. Obama would probably let it go. I don't think Obama has a clue as what to do in a case like this, and his Vice President, he's a real joke. He ran for President and couldn't make it. I wonder why Obama thought he would be a good Vice President. But on the other hand, Obama isn't a good President either. He was a 4 year junior cenater, and he campaigned for 2 of those. The only reason he got elected was because of a-CORN.

Let's be realistic. The only way this Iranian missle threat is going to be solved is when Israeli jets reduce it to
ashes. This president will bend over backwards to placate countries like Iran while trying to bully an ally like
Israel. What's wrong with THIS picture!!?? Yes, I am concerned over this situation. How do you think the average Israeli feels about this?

How quickly we forget our history. The Iran hostage crisis...The botched rescue attempt under Carter...let's not forget that Iran has always been covert in it's terrorist support. Iran has always posed a threat to our nation, and world peace, and will continue to do so because of the severe lack of accountability that they always receive. Ronald Reagon would not have tolerated this. This country will pose a serious threat to the world until our government stands ground and quits pampering Iran's buttocks! It is high time that we once again obtain our military and governmental high status. Since when do we always try and solve matters diplomatically? We FIGHT when it is needed...Alway have...Always will!
