Hell no Its not like are enemies do us, cuttinf of fingers and be heading????
NO! WATERBOARDING IS NOT TORTURE IN DEFENSE OF AMERICAN LIVES!!!! IT IS VERY SHORT IN DURATION AND MORE PSYCHOLOGICAL THAN PHYSICAL...WHEN WILL OUR PRESIDENT REALIZE THAT HE HAS TAKEN AN OATH TO DEFEND & PROTECT AMERICANS HERE & ABROAD? TO RELEASE THE TOP-SECRET CIA FILES ON WATERBOARDING WAS TREASON!!!
Yes and we should let every combatant to the US enjoy it. Why limit us to get info. Bring the torture to our enemies.
No way! They are in no way being harmed only scared! Too bad looks like now that Obama has given up the fact that we won't actually hurt terrorist now we will have to really kill them, mame them, etc....to get the truth!
I do not think that Water boarding is Torture if I was there I would use and if I was the President I say do what ever it take/s too fine the people safe here in the U,S,A
Give me a break, please. Why don't they release all of the information on the good that it did? I'm sure that Obama has really got the terrorists running scared. Oh! I forgot the terrorists are us.
I actually think it is torture. Im sure many of you hate this, but the definition of torture is aggravated pain to the body or mind, waterboarding cuases psychological problems. I'm not anti-torture, but I dont think its as useful as we make it out to be. In WWII America was known for not being force of torture, we had different ways of getting out information. Dont get me wrong, it can work, and should be kept legal, but traditonally conservatives havent supported torture. Bush strayed a little. Conservatives believe America should be superpower force in the world for good. So lets keep a good image, and stick to legal torture, and minimal torture.
Torture, they think waterboarding is torture, what will they say when the big mushroom cloud and 10,000 degree heat incinerates everything for miles around, that'll kinda redefine torture for them I think. Also, when, and I say when, Obama and his administration have to address the incineration of whichever American city, from a dirty bomb, brought to our soil by one of his new friends, I think ol' Obama will have a clearer understanding of why America needed to "waterboard". I can hear him now, "we are so sorry you had to explode a dirty bomb on our soil" we should have been nicer, more tolerant of radical islam and the fun loving people you all seem to be. Gimme a Hug, buddies.
ONE OF THOSE HIGH RANKING TERRORISTS WAS WATER BOARDED 183 TIMES - CAN'T BE THAT BAD IF HE MANAGED TO LAST THAT LONG. NO IT IS NOT TORTURE COMPARED TO WHAT HAPPENED TO DANIEL PEARL AT THE HANDS OF THOSE MONSTERS.
Waterboarding is NOTHING compared to what they do to their prisoners!!!

What do you consider "good" torture? If your son/daughter's life depended on info that I have, but will not willingly give you, what good torture would you use? Your kids have 5 mins. to live.....what do you do to me to get the info. you need ot save them??
