Judge Orders Trial on Obama Eligibility Issue
Today World Net Daily reports that a judge in California tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010 regarding President Obama's eligibility for president.
WND states that this "will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court".
For nearly a year there has been a controversy over whether Obama is legally able to serve as president of the Unite States. Some say he was born in Kenya while others say that because his father is not a US citizen it makes him intelligible to serve.

Before this case is open for trial the Judge will be hearing arguments from the Obama defense why this trial should not proceed. Obama has a war chest that includes hundreds of millions of dollars to hire the best and brighest lawyers, investigators, etc. Plus the Department of Justice and who knows whatever else versus two courgeous and well meaning attorneys. You couldn't ask for a better David versus Goliath battle. My concern is Obama is a cunning student of the Constitution who will derail this case not only with help from the Democrats but Republicans. Democrats are now trying to lable Republicans as birthers and most Republicans shy away from this "label" as much as Democrats shy away from the "truther" label. In the meantime I encourage everyone to follow the case of Kerchner vs Obama which is still waiting for the federal judge in Camden NJ to rule whether the case will be accepted by his court, blog site is http://puzo1.blogspot.com/

I also hope that they are able to look into his college records. He has had them sealed for some reason. He is hiding something that would hurt him. I just wonder what kind of scholarship he was on; maybe a foreign one. Or maybe his essays will show him to be a Marxist (as if we really needed to see an essay to know).

Obama will have to show the "Goods" ! That is what matters, we are slowly breaking his facade. Yes, he will have his pack of low life lawyers to attempt to stall the case. With each delay, the judge will be more curious as to what he has to hide.
Saying he isn't eligible to be where he is, that makes all appointments null and void! That makes Biden "Temporary" President until a new election can be held. Yes, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton will scream, b****, piss and moan. They will scream "Racism", we will not listen, but in growing numbers the honest blacks will stand with us and demand Obama jailed.
This handled in a proper manner will break the power structure of the Democrat Party. They know it , they fear it as well as their communist/socialist masters.

I am so thankful this issue of Obama's eligibility is still alive. Enough people are aware of this, and I pray this judge will do the right thing and order Obama to prove his eligibility. I don't care if many people are hiding the truth for Obama, I hope enough people will be brave enough and do the right thing for America. I hope there are still some good Americans in high places.

Thanks for that. I agree, this is an issue that is a waste of valuable time and emotion (no disrespect to those who believe otherwise). Better to work for conservative candidates than sing "Somewhere over the rainbow". He's pres. 'till he's un-elected. Let's give him 2 houses of Congress full of conservatives and let him dazzle them with his speeches.

sadly dave...ryan is not a true conservative and believes that if you believe differently you are somehow inferior to him and his lil group of dpsers...in other words thank you for showing respect to those that might believe otherwise, while still holding on to your beliefs...if only ryan "the wise-in-his-own-eyes would be as you...it is my belief that he is not qualified (ryan uses the vetting process to prove he is, although what happened to many in obamas first cabinet picks proves that they believe that they are above the vetting process or that we are too stupid or blind to see it when they try and push through the vetting process)...one must only look at richardson of N.M. to see that he was not vetted properly or what about the vetting process of the czars...one must only look at van jones...hmmmm....kinda makes ya think doesn't it?...however, that being said i do not believe obama is qualified and i am not sure we could do anything about it...if it goes to trial , which i believe it will(and i will wait for ryan to eat crow when it happens)...i believe it will be played out legally for so long that by the time the truth comes up the obummer will be up for re-elction and the fool will lose his sparkle and won't have a chance to win a 2nd term...meanwhile in 2010 we vote in mass conservtives so that obummer becomes a lame duck pres...as do his policies...by the way ryan the judge hearing the case is an ex-marine and we all know how the milliary feels about the "annointed one"...may not be as far fetcthed as one thinks...thank you dave for being polite and respectful in your diasgreement with the ones who believe he is not qualified..you are a gentleman and maybe a few in here can learn by your example...blessings

I agree! The arrests will also include michelle obama, biden, pelosi, dean, reid, clinton and anyone involved in the vetting process of this evil muslim communist, USURPER, barack hussein obama!
