Judge Orders Trial on Obama Eligibility Issue
Today World Net Daily reports that a judge in California tentatively scheduled a trial for Jan. 26, 2010 regarding President Obama's eligibility for president.
WND states that this "will be the first time the merits of the dispute have been argued in open court".
For nearly a year there has been a controversy over whether Obama is legally able to serve as president of the Unite States. Some say he was born in Kenya while others say that because his father is not a US citizen it makes him intelligible to serve.

Being on disability is nothing to be ashamed of but having 3 generations on welfare is a disgrace as these folks are slaves to their captors as they are forced to vote their keepers in power.

Now THAT is a bit of good news. Better late than never! Maybe justice will once more prevail, in spite of all those Congressional idiots who didn't move a finger to ensure that the Constitution is upheld on this!
BTW, the lower the Obama's ratings are by the time that lawsuits comes around, the bigger the chance that it could win. In politics, when you're down for the count, even former friends will likely desert you.

If he's is eligible , fine , if not he should be led out of the White House in handcuffs and tried for treason. If convicted he needs to serve his time , then get deported.

You are so right - and all those that perpetrated the crime go right along with him. We need to strip George Soros of his citizenship because with out his money the Obama machine would not have been able to do all they have done. George Soros has been on a crusade to destroy America for I don't know how long. Look at what Obama did for him - signed the 2billion $ agreement with Brazil of which Soros holds 75% ownership. He is getting his money back fromt he taxpayers that he is wanting to destroy.
I only hope that if this is true that all that he has done to America and the Constitution will become null and void.

I am so glad and surprised this is finally going to trial. But I think the fact that it took so long is disgrace to our nation. It is also a disgrace to the democratic party, proving them to be nothing more than a glorified criminal organization. It would also be a disgrace to the Republican party, showing them to be nothing more than cowards for going along with the media and calling concerned citizens "birthers". If it came out that Obama is not eligible it is bad for our country. We would look like fools to the entire world. I don't even know if I want this to come out at this point but at the same time I want Obama put out of office. In my heart I believe this trial will be a shame. Judges can stop any evidence they want from being presented in trial. Additionally, the jury is practically hand picked. Call me a conspiracy nut, if you want, but allot of powerfull people have invested allot of money in Obama and they can invest money in a shame trial as well. Don't get your hopes up folks.

I also do not trust anything I cant see.. there is so much lying and corruption that goes on be hind the scenes, you dont trust, and it would have to be proven beyond a doubt that he is an American, he is not one at heart, 20 years of listening to Rev Wrong has made him wrong thinking too

Tremayne and Lorelei have it figured out. Do we stand up for our Constitution and correct a mistake, placing blame and responsibility on those who should shoulder it, or do we allow a conspiratorial cover up to continue. The answer is that it's up to us. The evidence is clear though. Tremayne named the real problem. Party politics. The two parties have colluded and swapped power and money together for decades. Career politicians are what needs to "change." Pull a different voting lever in 2010.

I hope the judge will deny the government's motion to dismiss. This will be the crucial moment. Once discovery is admitted and the original BC is obtained, there can be no going back. The footprint on the original BC would have to match BO's unique print, and attorneys will have a heck of a time obtaining it. I'm pretty sure that this process will wither and die by delays and legal maneuvering before the president's term expires and is voted out of office. BO has assembled an army of attorneys to do just that and I have heard his legal bills are staggering. This effort to obscure so many records from his past is in itself a declaration of guilt. So much for transparency!
I agree that the business of Washington is, as usual, about steering the economy towards one interest group or another, and everyone has had a shot at the pot over the years. This time around it seems the power lobbyists are going to win on the side of Obama's agenda, like it or not!
