New Congress Will Consider Impeachment

The new Congress elected in November will surprise everyone. They will seriously consider impeaching Barack Obama.
Growing under the radar of the mainstream media is a movement that is gathering momentum.
Over one million citizens have signed petitions calling on the US Congress to impeach Barack Hussein Obama. Some of the soon to be elected new members of Congress are amongst those who have signed up, and they are not about to be cowered by establishment Republicans scared silly of the issue.
Ultimately it comes down to a commonly shared belief amongst Tea Party activists that Barack Obama is systematically trying to hurt America. Obama, the argument goes, is not an incompetent boob in over his head. Nor is he is not some well-meaning community organizer who has seen his plans go astray.
Barack Obama is a dishonest, manipulative liar who actually is pursuing an agenda that he hopes will take America off the international leadership stage. He wants America to fail so that the vision of Internationalist socialists can be realized. America is hated by the elite intellectuals of the world because we have been the single biggest roadblock to their plans to establish a one world governing system with them in charge.
Americans has consistently rejected socialism. Whether it is Hillarycare or Obamacare, Americans are speaking with a loud clear voice against socialism.
The left hates America because of our belief in God, our belief in rugged individualism, our belief in private property and our belief in the right to Keep and Bear Arms.
It is only through impeachment that the new Congress can send Barack Obama a clear and unambiguous message that he does not have carte blanche to run roughshod over America.
Impeachment is the political tool given by the founders to correct abuse by a President. Impeachment is often misunderstood because of confusion about what exactly constitutes an impeachable offense.
Former-President Gerald Ford, while serving in the House of Representatives, said an impeachable offense was, “whatever a majority of the House of Representatives considers it to be at a given moment in history.”
Article I, Section 4 of the Constitution reads: “The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
The key phrase here is "high crimes and misdemeanors,” a concept in English Common Law that was well-known to our Founding Fathers but is grossly misunderstood in this day and age.
"High crimes and misdemeanors" essentially means bad behavior.
Here's a passage from C-Span.org which succinctly and beautifully summarizes the historical significance surrounding the inclusion of the term "high crimes and misdemeanors" in the Constitution:
“’High crimes and misdemeanors’ entered the text of the Constitution due to George Mason and James Madison. Mason had argued that the reasons given for impeachment - treason and bribery - were not enough. He worried that other "great and dangerous offenses" might not be covered... so Mason then proposed ‘high crimes and misdemeanors,’ a phrase well-known in English common law. In 18th century language, a ‘misdemeanor’ meant ‘mis-demeanor,’ or bad behavior."
In other words, "high crimes and misdemeanors" does not refer to a criminal act (as some would lead you to believe) and our Founding Fathers fully intended to allow for the removal of the President for actions which are: gross incompetence, gross negligence or outright distasteful...
And for those who mistakenly hold the illusion that impeaching Barack Obama would be a simple matter of "playing politics," the Founders fully intended that the impeachment of a sitting President be a political act.
The Founding Fathers deliberately put impeachment into the hands of the legislative branch rather than the judicial branch, thus transforming it from strictly a matter of legal definition to a matter of political judgment.
The Obama Administration qualifies as the poster-child for bad behavior.
Obama and those around him are ravaging this great country and adding a sorry chapter to a noble history.
Impeachment, as written in the Constitution, was tailor-made for Barack Hussein Obama and our Founders placed it in our Constitution for such a time as this.

I have a different take on the whole reason obummer hasn't been impeached yet. It is that whole "legal precedent" thing. It softens their "air of unaccountability"! I believe ALL the elected officials of the USA don't want to impeach any president, and remove him from office, because they all love the "ignore the Constitution at will" method of operations they are enjoying now!! Total freedom to commit as many crimes as they want... without consequence!!
Recently, I saw a video clip, a democrat was asked if the bill he had just voted for was Constitutional. He exploded, in a rage, at the questioner and said "I don't care what the Constitution says"!! He looked like he was going to strike the questioner!! Isn't this a gross violation of the officials OATH??
I feel most of them (90+%) should be stripped of all benifits of office and put in prison for the damage they are, collectively, doing to the USA!
TERM LIMITS NOW!! 2 terms for ALL elected officials, at all levels, down to dog catcher.
I agree that obummer is intentionally collapsing the USA for the reasons you mentioned. I would like to see him impeached and thrown in prison!
I agree that the international elites hate the USA because it clearly shows what complete FAILURES they are at their job. The USA has been in existance for 235+ years and we have succeeded marvelously. Most of them have been around longer and are still stuck in a period 500 years ago. Just look at Zimbabwe. They were prosperous and well organized 30 years ago. Then a man much like obummer was elected.
I feel the need to clarify a bit I don't care if he is brown, black, green, pink, or purple... he still sucks!!
I believe the bible says the devil will come in many disguises. I believe he has arrived and has been elected president!
I have to go now. When I think about what obama is doing to OUR USA I get too irritated!

I rarely see some allude to the BGFA. I use your reference for simplicity sake.
A friend gave me a book that really showed me who the BGFA actually are. The "shadowy" people that actually run the USA. "We the people" CAN cut the BGFA loose before it is too late. One method, that seems too simple is, "We the people", just pay off ALL the loans we have.
One of the biggest SECRETS the federal gov't maintains, is the illusion that, the money the federal gov't "issues" actually EXISTS. For about 60+ years the federal gov't has been "issuing" 2 distinctly different types of money.
ONE type (approx 10%) is called PAPER money. You can hold paper money in your hand and actually FEEL it. This is the most obvious difference between the two types of money.
The other type ( you cannot hold it in your hand or feel it) is called "CHECKBOOK MONEY"! Checkbook money was never PRINTED money! It will never BE printed money! It is, quite literally, IMAGINARY money! It is much cheaper to pretend to issue money than to actually PRINT money!
Aren't you all glad to finally know that the gov't issues imaginary money to you... which YOU have to repay in actual real hard cash... with interest... on the "checkbook money" the gov't pretended to "lend" to you ion the first place??
Checkbook money is "CREATED" by changing the ledger entries in the FEDERAL RESERVE'S LEDGERS, period!
There is a book that clearly explains (like a 10 year old childs reader book) how the federal reserve does this. There is a methodology to it. In the book it is called "The Mandrake principal". Mandrake was a magician in a comic strip in the 1960's and 1970's. "Inflation" IS NOT something that "just happens". It is a methodology the federal gov't uses to STEAL FROM YOU every day by the actions of the Federal Reserve!!
Inflation didn't happen while the US dollar was assigned a "per ounce of gold" value. The value of gold is still fairly constant. The value of the US dollar is, quite literally, whatever you think it is.
Inflation is VERY bad for "We the people"! Makes your "US dollars" buy LESS! VERY BAD!!!
Deflation is very GOOD for "We the people"! Makes your "US dollars" buy MORE!! VERY GOOD!!!
Obviously the federal gov't LOVES INFLATION, at as high a rate as "We the people" will not cry too much about!
The book is called "The Creature from Jekyll Island" or "A second look at the Federal Reserve" by G Edward Griffin.
Vote for strict Constitutionalist candidates (don't base your choices on typical campaign speeches/lies) for the next 20 years and "We the people" may have a future beyond the present economic slavery we are in today!
How will you answer your own children's question when they ask... "What were YOU thinking while YOU were selling >MY< BIRTHRIGHT right out from under ME??? Just tell them to put a little salve under the chains and get back to work!!

Absolutely a truthful analysis of what obummer is doing and impeachment is the solution! Our founders knew there would be a time for such an action. He should have been thrown out when he was NOT qualified as an American citizen! What is wrong with the FBI, CIA, and their investigations? Inept? Evidently...

The way I understand it no reputable, or quasi-reputable agency verifys any candidate for POTUS.
WHY NOT???
The partys do it with impunity!! They just send a letter saying "This is our man". And no one checks anything!! No one bother to validate their documents.
In the future, assuming the USA has a future anymore, all candidates for president should be verified by 3 non gov't agencys per party participating in an election.
Maximum scrutiny, every time, no exceptions!!! This is the most important issue in the USA!! If "We the people" don't get at least this ONE THING right we might as well just deed the USA over to someone else. That will at least avoid yet another war!!

Bob, why can't there be a change in the way a candidate is verified as an American Citizen? I read the other day that every member of Congress received a copy of Barry (obummer) Kenya Birth certificate. Do you know if this is true? If he has one in Kenya and Hawaii--then that would mean dual citizenship, and this would disqualify him with this. So, I guess I had better reseach this so I can be more intelligent in my comments. I always want to be truthful! If anyone knows about the verification process for citizenship and especially where the president-elect come in--Please let me know...

What I have seen so far imply that that he had dual citizenship with the British through his father. Because his father was a British citizen like citizens of Kenya were at that time. I believe his other citizenship was Indonesia. He was adopted by an Indonesian citizen.
I believe I read that this alone would be enough to prohibit his presidency since there was a US state dept. travel restriction to Indonesia at that time. Check to be sure I haven't mixed up a detail.
There is also some question as to his school financing since he may have identified himself as a foreign national to get cheap foreign student financing.
I attached a .jpg of a document that is supposed to be his official Kenya birth cert.
It has the typical smudging I usually see on gov't copies of official docs.
A guy named Lucas Smith said he paid a lot of money for that doc in Kenya. - Attachments:

WOW! Lucas Smith did find his Kenya birth certificate. Then my question is why this has not created a fire storm among Congress!!! He is not eligble to be president! Am I wrong?
