Since they didn't take action to shoot down that missile, that means we are dangerously close to all out war and this time when the Korean War resumes (it's not officially over by the way, just in a 56 year cease fire) it will likely not be limited to the Korean Peninsula, it will widen in scope dramatically and could quickly spiral out of control.

Our only good option now is to attack and destroy all the facilities that North Korea has for their missile and nuclear weapon programs, and that's a very bad choice because the consequences could be dire.
Sounds like a real rock and a hard place scenario.
