I can't stand watching an Obama speech and wait later to read the analysis. As usual Obama lies to the American public and the mainstream media praises him. Unless the people are looking elsewhere they follow this dictator. The highlight is when a brave congressman calls him out when he states that illegals will not receive healthcare under his plan. The congressman receives the scorn of the Democrats and later apologizes for his conduct. We need more opposition like this when Obama speaks, it is Obama who tells his supporters "to get in their faces" and confront the Republicans and Indpendents who oppose my policies. But no one complains on the tactics used by Obama. The double standard prevails. I see Obama as an affirmative action president that meets some quota setup by both parties.

He pretended to offer an olive branch and then when someone gets close he slaps them in the face. He is a communist then and a communist now. A real American would not surround himself with communist, marxists, and extreme radicals that bypass any form of investigation into their background to prevent the American public from knowing how dangerous they really are.

They really do think we are stupid. The speech was riddled with conservative phrases, thinking we are to stupid to read between the lines, or the actual bill. Do you really believe abortions are not going to be paid for with tax payers money. Obama said "federal tax payer money". If it was not just a bold face lie, I am certain they have some scheme to take fund abortion through the states or counties, with funds from the feds.

I agree Stephen. The money would be funneled in through states and counties because Nancy Pelosi would make sure the planned parenthood clinics would always have those funds. She is so radical on the abortion issue, she would like to give our tax dollars to planned parenthood clinics in third world countries as well!

We do not have high healthcare cost because of insurance. We have high health care cost because of lawsuits and lawyers. Therefore we need Tort Reform. Obama needs a scapegoat and now the insurance companies like Nationwide and Statefarm are now EVIL companies. Give me a break, that's a load of b*******. I appualed Joe Wilson for standing up like he did. He had nothing to apoligize for. The man has a soild backbone and he is an American Hero.
