This is more than a fair reform that should be looked at closely.

I am sending this to virtually everybody on my e-mail list and that
includes conservatives, liberals, and everybody in between. Even though
we disagree on a number of issues, I count all of you as friends. My
friend and neighbor wants to promote a "Congressional Reform Act of
2010". It would contain eight provisions, all of which would probably
be strongly endorsed by those who drafted the Constitution and the Bill
of Rights..

I know many of you will say, "this is impossible". Let me remind you,
Congress has the lowest approval of any entity in Government, now is
the time when Americans will join together to reform Congress - the
entity that represents us.

We need to get a Senator to introduce this bill in the US Senate and a
Representative to introduce a similar bill in the US House. These
people will become American hero's..

Thanks,

A Fellow American

two four year terms just like the pres is fair I think as for pay, we vote every 8 years for a 3%. earmarks
never again you must present a bill for every penny you want! and you may run only for 2 terms in your life after your 8 year max don't come back 10 years from now and try it again! and you may not be a lawyer it is a conflict of intrest for a lawer or exjudge or sitting judge to make laws! But I would be for it as it is it's a real good start!
I agree totally with the concept........"career public servants" are a major part of the problem that "We the People" face right now. I am sure that the "elitists" would disagree, but I think that "We the People" outnumber them!
