Initially they'd be disgusted until they saw what was happening and how it happened. Then they'd be pissed!
Very disappointed. The would wonder: "What went wrong?" "Where are the strong leaders?"
4th of July Tea Party in Santa Cruz, CA, believe it or not!

Happy Birthday America, and in honor of our Troops on this auspicious day, just started a new Blog. Thanks to Mark Levin & "Liberty & Tyranny" for the inspiration. Come visit!

I don't believe the founders would even recognnize what they began. I also don't think they would be too pleased how the country has moved back towards what they fled.

My 4th of July post on my blog,

It’s Time To Be America Again
I have seen comments that conservatives are stuck in 1700 and 1800 thinking and not realistic about today's "modern" world.
Some of that may be true as the Founders didn't have computers to think for them, nor teleprompters to read from; all they has just a Bible and brains.
ZING!!

i think they would be horrified and very sad at how their hard work to keep us free has been twisted against us
They would hang everyone in D.C. for high treason. We should DEMAND the same!
Our founding fathers would be shocked to see that our Nation is willingly handing over our liberties that were and still are bought by the blood of brave men who had the courage to fight for them. There was a time when men could clearly see right from wrong and were not easily fooled into believing in straight up BS just because a pretty lie was purred in their ear. Our fight is certainly a war of powers and principalities which includes the men who spin the issues to trick and soothe the public. Shame on me for just standing here with my mouth gaping open at the outrageousness of it all! Truly, the fathers of our great nation would feel spit upon.
The founding fathers would wonder why so many would give up freedoms that they paid the ultimate price for so easily. For every step our government grows a freedom is lost. All our freedoms are precious and were written to make us remember. The land of the free was based on Christian principles and family values. Those values when lost will end America. The beacon of light on the hill will be put out. There will be no other to follow.
In early history black men were sold into bondage by black traders, It is a black man that puts them back into bondage under the cloak of dependency. The first black President destroys America for selfish rewards.
But at least we don't have our heads up someone's ass licking it clean!
