FIRST AND FOREMOST, I AM NOT ASHAMED TO SAY THAT I AM GLAD THIS DOCTOR IS GONE, BUT OBAMA AND THE LIBERALS ARE GOING TO HAVE ORGANISMS OVER THIS. MARK MY WORDS WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS THERE WILL BE RENEWED ATTACKS AGAINST CONSERVATIVES, AND GUN OWNERSHIP.

I WILL GO AS FAR AS SAYING IT MIGHT JUST HAVE BEEN AN OBAMA KOOL AID DRINKER, OR LIBERAL WHO KILLED HIM JUST SO THAT OBAMA WILL GO ON A RAGE AGAINST CONSERVATIVES, AND GUN OWNERSHIP.

http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,523581,00.html

There is a time and place for everything under heaven, and I have begged, and pleaded for people not to do such things. My God this is going to set us back unless we can come up with a dam good plan. Any suggestions anyone?

The only thing we should do is condemn this act of violence by one American upon another. We need to remember the Dems are our political opponents not our enemies, which is obviously not how they view us. We cannnot nor should not try to justify this violent act despite the heinous acts of the victim. Now all that being said we also need to put forth the idea that Obama and the Dems are in some small way partly responsible. It is sometimes the case that when someone feels that their beliefs are being ridiculed, their opinions not being respected and their voices ignored, then they will turn to violence in order to be heard. That is how we should frame our response to this incident. It is condemnable but the Dems need to start listening to the voices of the majority on the matter.
I just wish he would look at the fact that more than not right now, Americans are prolife, and do away with leisure abortions. He is not listening and that is the problem. He is not listening to the people of the U.S. I also do not think my husbands tax dollars should go toward free abortions abroad in other countries. If we don't approve abortion, why should we have to pay for it?
Tiller was evil, however no sane christian would of killed him because murder and killing goes against the christian religion
Conservatives believe we are one nation under GOD.
Der fuhrer does not believe that, he believs we are one nation under his rule.
Murder does not justify murder.
Perhaps if The Ten Commandments were allowed in public buildings, the Pledge of Allegiance including One Nation Under God, prayer in publc schools and non indoctrinal education be allowed, people like the killer of babies or the killer of the killer would look deeper into what their values truly are and realize only the Creator has the right to take what is HIS and mete out righteous justice.
This person did the wrong thing by killing the doctor, in effect making him a martyr for liberals and pro choice people and ammunition for the dems to get all kinds of legislation pushed through. The shooter made himself judge, jury and executioner, usurping God's role in life...just like Obama and his facist, narcissitic being is doing.
Perhaps he did it out of frustration with governmental policies like forcing doctors to perform abortions or lose federal funding or liscensing even if they (the medical community) find aborition morally wrong and against their beliefs. Perhaps, looking at law deciding what is a moral issue between individuals and their God is not something that need be mandated through judicial opions of a government agency, he felt the helplessness and betrayal that many others feel.
Whatever his reasoning, it cannot be justifed by taking another life, it is contradictory to what pro life is about and by no means had he the right to commit such an act, as justified as he feels his arguments are valid.
The next step? The government will take the shooter's life to see justice is done.
This is a statement released by Fr. Frank Pavone:

Dear Friend,

As I was preparing to send you my regular column, I got the news this morning that abortionist George Tiller was killed today in Wichita, KS.

Following is the statement I released this morning to the media:

“I am saddened to hear of the killing of George Tiller this morning. At this point, we do not know the motives of this act, or who is behind it, whether an angry post-abortive man or woman, or a misguided activist, or an enemy within the abortion industry, or a political enemy frustrated with the way Tiller has escaped prosecution. We should not jump to conclusions or rush to judgment.

“But whatever the motives, we at Priests for Life continue to insist on a culture in which violence is never seen as the solution to any problem. Every life has to be protected, without regard to their age or views or actions.”

[End of statement to media]

It should be noted that peaceful pro-life efforts in Wichita were very close to success in getting Tiller’s license revoked. He was on trial recently for breaking various aspects of Kansas law related to late-term abortions. A jury acquitted him, but there were still other violations being investigated.

If in fact it comes to light that the shooting today was done for the motives of trying to stop abortion (and again, that is by no means clear), the point should not be missed that the killings of other abortionists and their staff (David Gunn – 1993; John Britton – 1994; Shannon Lowney and Leanne Nichols – 1994; Barnett Slepian – 1998) occurred in an environment in which there was a lot of frustration over the pro-abortion initiatives of President Clinton. Now, there is similar frustration regarding the Obama Presidency and its support of abortion. This is not to blame our Presidents for someone’s misguided actions. But neither should we miss what may be emerging as a pattern: when hope diminishes that the government is going to do something to protect the vulnerable, the temptation to take the law into one’s own hands increases.
I've often wondered, when abortionists have been murdered in the past, if it were someome hoping to discredit those who protest abortion, but do so peacefully and without vioence. We've already have been lumped together with violent individuals by the DHS, This will only fuel the fire for that report.
This is one time I really hated to be right

Another poster informed me that Obama and the Libs didn't even wait 24 hours. I said 48 hours, so I guess I was off a little on my timing.

Wichita abortion provider George Tiller shot to death at Wichita church

President Obama said this afternoon that he was "shocked and outraged" by the killing of abortion doctor George Tiller, who was shot while attending church in east Wichita.

If Tiller didn't have an opportunity to repent, i am so sorry for that, if he had an opportunity and chose not too, then right now he is having the most terrible experience a lost soul could ever experience, standing before the Father giving an account of his years of the brutal murdering of innocent unborn children, awaiting eternal damnation in the lake of fire. It sounds like he didn't though, given the church he attended and ushered at were fully aware of his murderous reign, and chose to embrace this murderer instead of guiding him to the path of forgiveness through Christ Jesus.
i'm sorry but i am glad that he is gone...the frustration pro-lifers feel at this presidents refusal to even acknowledge we exist brought this about...he (the nobama) consistently ignores our conservative presence even though we have been quite vocal...very...so he and his ilk need to bear at least some responsibility for this action...i hate that a life was taken but i will not grieve for a "man" nor his family (who sing the praises of a murderer) who daily made the decision to get up and see how many innocent lives he could take that day...good riddence to bad rubbish...and to the idiots that are singing this vile mans praises....take a very close look at your hearts...a very close look....i do not think you will like what you see and remember God looks at the heart
While I lament that all of us who are pro life will now be further vilified because of the actions of one man; and while I am saddened at the thought of any one dying without truly having given their life to Christ; we should remember that this doctor has now had to face the Lord and explain to Him why he felt it was his right to take the life of any baby, no matter what stage of pregnancy.
I keep going back to, hearing this monsters widow say, he was in church.....supposedly a place of peace. I thought, hmmmmmm. The womb is supposedly a place of peace......
It's a sad thing when anyone is killed, but a abortion dr. killed at church seems fitting to me god hates hypocrisy
how could a leader of a church let a baby killer in the door. seems like a lost church to me!
