This is the document and ideal that I swore to uphold and defend against ALL ENEMIES foriegn and DOMESTIC as well did every member of the US armed forces. It is not something that I take lightly and I feel it is under attack. There is a group called oath-keepers that has the same belief. I hope that forums like TCU and oath-keepers can bring enough people together to show that we mean business and that our Constitution is worth fighting for. I call out every Veteran to remember the day (for me it was 08/07/1986) that they took the oath and honor what they swore to do. Together we can make a difference.

Without a constitution
(Obama, without any authority for doing so, declared our constitution obsolete, i.e. we should no longer allow it to control us. This, after he solemnly swore that he would “defend and protect” the constitution.)
There is now no legal document defining a nation existing between Mexico and Canada. There is no document defining a congress or a nation for a congress to serve, nor an office of president to serve a non existing nation..
We are back to colonial America where our only universally recognized legal document is the Declaration of Independence which says that if the government becomes unacceptably oppressive, such as is our present government, that we have the duty to by-pass it and form a new government,
Without a constitution, there is the question of whether any existing law is binding. Are we not in a state of total legal anarchy

Our constitution has already been torn apart by those of leftist pursuasions with any kind of agenda. Take, for example, the so called "separation of church and state" clause, which, by the way, doesn't appear anywhere in that grand old document. And the Roe v Wade opinion handed down by the supreme court (again a liberal agenda here) that interpreted certain areas of the constitution as to allow the murder of unborn children. And then there is that annoying little habit liberals seem to have of using the freedom of expression clause to denegrade anyone who thinks differently than they do but want to deny those who think differently than they do the same constitutional freedom.
And now we have yet another justice added to the supreme court who, I'm sure, will do all she can to destroy the spirit of the constitution all together.
