Who do these public servants think they are to vote anything other than what the majority of their constituancy wants. What arrogance, they are not elected to vote their own conscience or agenda!!! They are to vote and uphold what the majority of the people want, and not special minority interests either. They need to be voted out. This man is not an example of a civic/public servant. He needs to find himself a little island, set up his own little dictatorship, and ride a high horse all by himself.
Dear God, cause his thoughts to become agreeable to Your will or give his office to another. Amen!
I wanted to believe in him, but I had my doubts. Maybe I am jaded, but I have seen too much in life. Besides, the healthcare bill is bad for many different reasons, not just public funding of abortion. It is not a single issue, but a principle--too much government control.
Stupak was just holding out to see what he could get - just like all the other last "holdouts!" They are all a bunch of liars!!! Let this be a lesson to those who are elected in November. The constituents aren't going to allow these folks to run rampant without doing the will of the people. Right now the Demos are doing the will of Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid & B. Obama and forgetting who put them there.
I am sick of this whole process and how slowly our country - America - is becoming just like Europe. Our freedoms are slowly erroding and being taken away. If we don't wake up and pay attention, we may eventually become a socialist nation!! WAKE UP AMERICA!!
When we all figure out that this thing is broken, needs complete replacement, we will all feel better. Just a few weeks back we all had a lesson in two faceism with Messers Brown. It won't be any better with anyone else. If a candidate has been to law school, they should be banned. Just to start. How 'bout that?

We now need new guards because the old guard has robbed the treasury and is now taking the chickens right out of our hen houses. When is enough, enough? But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
