Joe the Pathologist, Political Gadfly, RINO?
I'm getting lots of invites to Action Projects, messages, invites to groups and friends. I'll try to keep up, but I have a day job, family and volunteer for @LIVESTRONG , church.
I am a history, political and news junkie, which got me into all of this. I am a general, hospital based Pathologist in Spokane, WA. Been here 2.5 years, time in ABQ, Fairbanks, East SF Bay area. www.myspace.com/PathmanVann @vannschaffner Been on facebook a while but more familiar with myspace. Mostly on twitter with #TCOT "feed" now.
I am conservative, but you might label me RINO. I have never joined a political party till this year, so I could participate in WA primary. I came of age during Watergate have little trust for party politics. I just received my RNC card with request for donation, it sits on my desk. Haven't thrown it away, haven't donated. I feel most at home with #TCOT, an ad hoc, grass roots movement. No "R" in the 4 C's. Don't start on me about Ron Paul and the Libertarian Party. Maybe I should be labeled Reluctant Republican, but I think Independent Conservative fits best.
Lastly, I am encouraged by the grassroots conservative movement. I am interested in seeing how it plays out in party politics.

I'm a pilgrim in an unholy land, a conservative in MN (yes the donkey-brained wasteland who may be electing Al Franken(stein)) Yes we do have a Republican Gov. but he is a RINO, "Gov. Green" as we true conservatives here call him. I am appalled at the direction our country is moving and its time to be the "silent majority" no more!

Hi, my name is Ken and I am a conservative, I make no apoligies for that. I believe it is true that liberalism is a mental disorder and treat libs accordingly. I like the idea behind this site and hope to see it grow into a powerful resource for conservatives to unite, exchange ideas and figure out how to take our country back.

I am originally from Tennessee, but have lived in Louisiana for last few years. We have an awesome conservative governor Bobby Jindal (sooooo much better than the "Blanco is Blanko" we had before!). I am happy to finally have a website like this, and I am interested to see how it progresses as it gets more populated. Let's keep out the non-conservatives in disguise!

Hi, Tim here, in Northeast Ohio, (can you say Trafficant). Independent Conservative. Christian. Truck Driver. Loved Regan, Thank God for Bush, Loath Clinton, Carter, Johnson, Rosevelt, Wilson, Absolutely terrified of Obama. Was raised Democrat, started studing history and swore off political parties. Wifes family are Republican, I'm currently registered Republican only to vote in primaries. Absolutely Love the U.S.of A, Two of my Great Grandfathers stepped off the boats after WW1. Have faith that my children will one day know the Liberty and Freedom that they knew. Liberty and Freedom I will never know, but will fight for til the day I die.

Hi all... I'm Scott Birk. I live in Oregon (a VERY blue state) and I'm glad to find a spot like this where I can come and celebrate my conservatism. I hope I get to know many of you and I hope this group continues to grow to the point where we can really begin to offset the influence of the liberals out there who are bent on ruining our nation.
