Who would Be a good conservative President??

Hey my Conservative Family...I was asked this question earlier today...I didn't have an answer because..The people on this website are true real Conservatives...more Conservative than what we have in Washington.If it wasn't for Rush and Sean...keeping conservativism alive...I'm sorry my Bros and Sis..We would be lost..We would have to rely on Mainstream news and then Conservatism would die..I don't know about you...But I love being a Conservative...and I love voting for the Republican Party..Except the 2 moderate Republicans that I would classify them weak Moderates...Oh come on...You know who I'm talking about...
But I won;t name any names( John McCain & Olympia Snow)...Hey...You didn't hear it from me....Now that the world gave the Nobel Peace Prize to a weak President...that haven't done a thing to earn it...You have Reagan who Liberated 10's of million in Germany and Soviet Union...you have George W...Who Liberated 10s of millions of Muslem...What do they get...Nothing...They give one to this know nothing ..Do Nothing...President,..who is destroying his own Country...They feel..if Obama is going to ruin his counrty and no longer having the USA to be a superpower...Heeeey Lets give this cracker jack prize to him...Trust me my family...don't get me started on him..i can go all day with this crap prize he got...
But back to my point..WHO WOULD BE THE MOST CONSERVATIVE PRESIDENT..?? well...
I don't know if you would agree with me...But I will have to go with Sarah...YES I SAID IT...Sarah Palin...I have my reasons...don't you look at me like that...Sarah is Smart...She is extremely Smart.She is laying low...and when the time comes...POW...David Letterman will have to come up with a whole new set of unfunny jokes...She would get my vote for the most conservative in the Lime light...If you have one that is more conservative ...let me know..I might want to campaign for them...

I really like Sarah Palin, but don't know if she can win. There are too many people who only listen to ABC,CBS,NBC and they tear her apart constantly. And the Republican party has too many in it who would be on all the talk shows putting her down as well. We need someone who is conservative, a great speaker (by that I mean someone who gets their point across succinctly!), and who will not politicize everything. Someone who is unafraid to stand up to the democrats and the media.

Gingrich used to be my favorite. But not anymore. He has become a major disappointment. When I saw him touting global warming in an advertisement with Nancy Pelosi, I knew he was no longer someone I could trust to be steadfast with conservative issues. Romney was another one I liked, but he, too is wishy washy on some issues - like HEALTHCARE! Look at Massachusetts! I know changes were made to his plan, but come on - he never took any responsibilty for that fiasco....So who does that leave us with? What about Rick Santorum or Mike Pence or Jim DeMint; Michele Bachmann (too soon?). We have to think outside the box!

I have heard of JC Watts and have heard him interviewed numerous times on Sean Hannity's show. I like him but I don't think he is interested in being an active political figure anymore. He is a minister now, isn't he?

I like may things about Mitt Romney, but I am concerned about his thin credentials on foreign policy, and the bias some would have against him because of his Latter Day Saint faith ( I am of the same faith). The more I hear from Newt Gingrich, the more I am convinced of his patriotism, and firm grasp of foreign and domestic matters. The only concern I have with Newt is that he has some stains on his personal life that might turn off women voters. Newt along with a true conservative woman candidate could be a winner in 12. let's pray for some big changes in the House and Senate in 12!

Alex, I too am LDS. I think Mitt's LDS faith would a far lesser issue this time around simply because people have already been exposed to it and they know about it already and he still has a ton of support. Foreign Policy, yeah, I can understand that but he still has more than Obama does. He has traveled internationally and has done business all over the place. He understands the intricacies of trade deficits and all that stuff. I think he will surround himself with the right people and there will be no personal scandals with him. Our country demands honesty and integrity and he fits that bill. His business acumen is also sorely needed right now. The economy is the train that pulls everything else. If we don't fix it first, we can't really fix anything. He knows how to do that.

I agree with you! Sarah Palin would make a great President! Most of my conservative friends tell me that she wouldn't make the cut, but I really like the way she handles herself and tells you like it is. No BS...

Mike Pence and Mike Huckabee would be an awesome team. Usually I'm a very rational guy and only go with analytics, but even though I don't think palin and mccain are that amazing, i think that they made a great team and I was sad when they lost. I think putting a woman on the ticket made it much more personal (than the regular two old folks) and made it feel like they could have been part of my family. I would be happy to see a woman or minority on our ticket to help fight the negative stereotypes that are against us.

With that being said though, I hope that Sarah doesn't try to run simply because her credibility is shot. The media was ruthless against her and now she won't be able to get a single independent or democrat vote, but she can very well win the republican primary.

Along with Sarah we have two great Americans that I would hate to lost in the Senate - Senator Jim DeMint and Senator John Thune. These men know what a true conservative is. They fly below the Obama radar right now because they don't need the machine to try to destroy them with their lies. We lost one great man to the machine and that is George Allen. If Sarah Palin can overcome all the crap that is dished out by the low-life media persons (Letterman, Conan O'brien, MSNBC (all of them) CNN, NBC, CBS (especially Couric) ABC, PBS, and all the other crappy liberal folks out there that don't mind lying like sleeping dogs, then we can help George Allen overcome their garbage. As far as one of the most intelligent financial persons out there and one that can turn the economy back around much like President Reagan did that man is Mitt Romney. If we could put together a team of these men to help return America to its greatness we would be able to come off life support and begin to live again.
