Hey my Conservative Family...I was asked this question earlier today...I didn't have an answer because..The people on this website are true real Conservatives...more Conservative than what we have in Washington. If it wasn't for Rush and Sean...keeping conservativism alive...I'm sorry my Bros and Sis..We would be lost..We would have to rely on Mainstream news and then Conservatism would die..I don't know about you...But I love being a Conservative...and I love voting for the Republican Party..Except the 2 moderate Republicans that I would classify them weak Moderates...Oh come on...You know who I'm talking about...
But I won;t name any names( John McCain & Olympia Snow)...Hey...You didn't hear it from me....Now that the world gave the Nobel Peace Prize to a weak President...that haven't done a thing to earn it...You have Reagan who Liberated 10's of million in Germany and Soviet Union...you have George W...Who Liberated 10s of millions of Muslem...What do they get...Nothing...They give one to this know nothing ..Do Nothing...President,..who is destroying his own Country...They feel..if Obama is going to ruin his counrty and no longer having the USA to be a superpower...Heeeey Lets give this cracker jack prize to him...Trust me my family...don't get me started on him..i can go all day with this crap prize he got...
But back to my point..WHO WOULD BE THE MOST CONSERVATIVE PRESIDENT..?? well...
I don't know if you would agree with me...But I will have to go with Sarah...YES I SAID IT...Sarah Palin...I have my reasons...don't you look at me like that...Sarah is Smart...She is extremely Smart. She is laying low...and when the time comes...POW...David Letterman will have to come up with a whole new set of unfunny jokes...She would get my vote for the most conservative in the Lime light...If you have one that is more conservative ...let me know..I might want to campaign for them...
I LOVE MY CONSERVATIVE FAMILY....

It does not matter who would make a good President because we no longer run this government the way it is supposed to be run. Ronald Reagan was the closest we had to a traditional Conservative Constitutional President but sadly after today I had an epiphany and realize that we no longer follow the document tht is supposed to guide us. I have read the Constitution many times but always in bits and parts. After reading it line by line I realized that we no longer adhere to the Constitution. A few parts that both parties have agreed to follow yes, but the original intent that our founding father's envisoned for us,we don't even come close. To take our nation back we will need to throw out every single person who thumbs thier nose at what it says in the Constittution. The Constitution is as clear as a bell when it comes to how the powers were dealt out between the federal government and the individual States. The powers granted to the federal government can be numbered on two hands. The rest belong to the states. We have already lost this nation. It is long gone. The Federal Government has usurped the power reserved for the States. It is really unbelievable and I know that every signer of the Constitution and especially the writer Jefferson would be rolling and tumbling in thier graves and they would all to a person say that we have lost our freedom. Republicans and Democrats have both participated in this usurpation but I would say the Republicans are least liable to do it intentionally in some respects but both parties are culpable in what has happened. I still consider myself a Republican but only slightly. I am a Conservative above all and a Patriot absolutely. We need to just pretend we won the Revolutionary war and the ink on the Constitution hasn't quite dried yet. We need to start fresh and set the power structure back tothe way it was meant to be otherwise it doesn't matter who is in power because our true freedom as a people has been lost. If we do we stand a chance of living in a Free Representative Republic. Just to give you one small example, Obam has signed more executive orders than any other President. Please show me anywhere it is written in the Constitution that the Executive Branch has the legal authority to write any legislation? An executive order amouts to just that yet nobody sees that this is a clear violation of the separation of powers beteen the three branches.

Can I vote for Reagan for President...I know hes dead...But can we put him on the 1 dollar bill or something...as long as we don't have Liberal dead Presidents on money...I'm happy...just ask our first Republican President...Abraham Lincoln
Which brings up the relative question "Do we really NEED a President, anyway?"

I would personally go with chuck baldwin or the governor of lousianna
What we need is a President who does his Constitutional job and that is to sign Bills into law, allow them to become law on their own or to veto the law.

Find a man who believes that the federal government only has the Constitutional authority to carry out specific laws. Those laws not specifically delegated to the federal government belong to the States only. The President has the authority to put troops in harms way but does not have the right to declare war. The President has the right to make treaties but most of all he is to stay in bounds of what the Constitution says he can and can't do. So does the Judiciary and so does the Legislative Branch. There is supposed to be checks and balances on all three branches of government. When we as a people allow them to set precedence we have nobody to blame but ourselves. We need a President who will re-establish the balance of power between the branches and only work for the benefit and interests of the United States of America. This is the only way we can remain a free and independent people.

As far as I am concerned I would make an ideal President because I believe in the power of the Individual States, the People of the United States and a Representative Republic.

Unfortunately the federal elections commission wont let me run as anything but a Republican. However nothing says I can't change parties once I am elected.

Cheers

John
Michael - I agree. I'm tired of both, also. "The Tea Party" movement must keep growing and gaining momentum.

I wish the GOP would not have lost "their way", but they have. It will take a true conservative to pull this party back or we may get stuck with another 4 years of misery...
Sarah doesn't stand a snowball chance in Alaska to become President of the United States. I am as Conservative as tehy get and Palin has way too much baggage following her.

Please, this can't possible be the best that the United States can produce. Just think it out logically and you will see what I mean. If she is nominated we are doomed even worse than allowing a usurper to remain in office,
While you seem to be down on Sara Palin, I think you are right about her chances. Her best contribution is what she's doing right now. She needs to use her publicity to highlight issues, give weight to real conservatives running for office, and speak freely without the muzzle that a presidential run puts on these politicians.
Well I can of like Duncan Hunter from that lib state of California, he was against illegal immigration.
I guess the answer to this depends on what conservative means to you. From what I see, many think Romney is conservative. I'm not sure how that is true. He's the governor who created the horrible government health care boondoggle in Massachusetts. Is that conservative? Romney was for TARP. Is that conservative? He is for the Fed's easy money policies. Is that conservative? He was for abortion before he was against it, just recently converting before running for Pres. Is that conservative? Mitt Romney is no conservative.

The only true conservative, who truly cares about bring the country back from the brink, is Ron Paul. Ron Paul is prolife, having seen abortion first hand. He is for ending the Fed's monopoly on money. He was against TARP, bailouts, stimulus, etc. He's against the health care take over. Is that conservative? You betcha.
Hey, that's my dream ticket - Paul and Palin! The Old Guard and New Guard working together!
