Why the Democrates are RIGHT..
Actions speak louder than words folks. Fact is, Democrates beleive the US people are just plain stupid. The proof is that they were elected into public office! Proving to them just how dumb we are! Even after lying, stealing and getting caught over and over again the people buy into the "SPIN" and elect them into positions of power!
Clearly the American people are stupid! The masses want to believe the bundles of fairy tales they spew. It's better to live in a constant state of hope than to face the truth, that we all have to work for what we get.
It is no wonder that Washington could not care less what the people want! We have proven to them that we are just too dumb to make the right chioce when there are only 2 people to pick from!!! Would you respect and listen to a person that you could lie to and get away with it every day of evey week for decades!!
It's long past time to be worried that some ones feelings might get hurt! Each and every WORKING American will have less money to bring home. All of us will have less of what we earned THANKS to the majority of our elected leaders. I suggest that we all express our thanks to every Democrate we know and thank them personaly for the cut in our pay checks! Make it clear that it was because of their vote you now have less to bring home to continue your personal pursuit of happiness!
The Democrates have just voted to take even more out of our pay during the largest depression since the 30s. And they are all partying it up as only the Democrates can. The jokes on us! All the Dumb Americans that voted them into office!

I won't try to convert those that helped to put America in this fix. Maybe they've seen the light. There are countless numbers of Americans that have been appathetic. I will try to get them registered to vote, right after they first realize that this mess has affected their lives. Other than hurting loved ones, money gets the attention of people very quickly.

I could not agree with you more. This transition of the way government now functions has been well thought out and planned for quite some time. The execution is seamless. We, as a nation, were ignorant not to see this coming. We did not care. The '90's spoiled us and we were drunk on success and profits.
I believe that it is now too late. Tea Parties, The Heritage Foundation, and whatever else we use to put up as a counter assault to the Democratic agenda does not matter. And, how are we to know that the Republicans have our best interests even if there was a way to repeal and turn the tides?
Great fight. Too little, too late. We all know what's coming next.

Too little, too late? I don't think that final verdict is yet in, my friend! The November elections aren't over yet, and people are waking up and beginning to do something about it. A great many folks that never before got involved in politics are now getting passionately involved. You may well be right, but, then again, you may not be seeing the bigger picture here. Either way, we do have some tough choices to make and it won't be an easy road. Welcome to Life 101!

Thanks.. I do agree with you whole heartedly. In a manner of speaking the Fat Lady hasn't sung. Its really not a question if this Obamacare is unconstiutional or not. It's very clear in the 10th Amemendment that the Central Goverment isn't allowed in anyway to tax you for simply breathing, for being born here or fine you for inaction, let alone imprison you.
In a matter of hours 13 states have filed suit against Obamacare, and that number is growing. There were only 11 states that conceeded in the Civil War. Regardless of the out come the United States of America will have a very different attitude in the end. In no way am I suggesting Civil war will come from this, but its been more than a hundred and fifty years since a large number of states had this kind of a problem with the Federal Goverment.
And for the record Jim, I'm one of those people that never got involved in politics before now. What truly gives me pause Jim, when the pedulim swings the other way. Will there be a return of McCarthyism... Or worse..

George - our Founding Fathers and the Framers of the Constitution did not recognize the inaccurate and misleading terms of Left and Right as the two extremes of Government (as inaccurately taught in our Public schools and colleges). To them were the 2 extremes of government Anarchy (no government) and Tyranny (total government).
Our Constitutional Republic (also known as the People's Law, or Conservatism) was carefully crafted to be the center balance between Anarchy and Tyranny. Yet for too many decades now have we allowed the Progressives to control the national debate, reposition themselves as the "moderates," and paint us (Conservatives) as the extremists (when, in fact, are they the extremists very close to Tyranny on the Founder's scale of government).
Now that the "pendulum" is swinging back to the center (Conservatism), the Liberal Progressive Socialists are frantically trying to paint us as the extremists and not them (using semantics and double play on words). It's time we Conservatives take back the national debate and expose the Liberal Progressive Socialists for the extremists and frauds that they truly are - and we must do so with boldness and passion! Truth and history are on our side, not theirs.
As the pendulum swings back to Conservatism, we must be very careful that we stop the pendulum from swinging over into Anarchy (the other extreme of government). In fact, we need to stop using the "pendulum" as our analogy and start using a "center balanced scale" if we are going to accurately get our message across. Right now is our Government unbalanced, and the great mission of our grassroots Conservative movement is to restore the "balance" of Government (which is Conservatism itself). I hope this helps you to get the bigger picture of what is going on behind the Conservative v. Liberal Progressive Socialist battle here in America! Here's an illustration that I have used many times before to help clarify the Founder's Scale of Government (I purposely left out the pendulum and put in a balanced scale to drive this point home). It's just a simple matter of changing our perspective and our focus from a "pendulum" to a simple "scale."

Our Founding Fathers built a system of government designed to protect the natural rights of the citizens to life, liberty, and their property. It is the natural right of a person to work hard, acquire wealth, and protect themselves. The 2nd Amendment to the Founding Fathers wasn't a theoretical exercise; it was an extension of the right to protect oneself with arms. A person as a matter of natural rights was entitled to protection with a firearm and NO OTHER CITIZEN would take away that right. A group of citizens, as not an individual among them has a right to interfere with another citizen's right to bear arms, has no collective right to prevent another citizen from bearing arms. Thus the 2nd Amendment is a restriction -- a reminder really -- on government's appetite to interfere with a natural right of man.
It is the same thing with property. A group of citizens do not have the right to take property from another citizen, because individuals haven't the right to take property from other citizens. In his treatise on socialism, The Law, Bastiat calls the taking of a person's property for redistributive purposes, plunder. Legitimate governments have no right to plunder a persons property.
Under natural law the Founders saw that taking property for redistributive purposes, as Obamacare does, is an illegitimate use of government force.

Yes, I agree. There is a lot of stupidity out there. However....there are a LOT of smart people who don't read a newspaper or watch TV news, or if they do, they are not watching FOX News or reading the Wall Street Journal. I have many intelligent friends and family members who really don't have a clue as to what is occurring.
It's the liberal media that is to blame for keeping the truth from the people, or slanting it to suit their liberal needs. You only have to watch network news (if your stomach can stand it) to see why so many are so misinformed!
We must start boycotting networks and sponsors who present liberally biased news.

Very true - but most average folks have been improperly taught (for the past 100 years or more) that the terms democracy and republic pretty much mean the same thing and mistakenly use the terms interchangeably. Let's put Conservatism back into the driver's seat in Washington before we get too hung up on trying to "purify" our movement. If we don't Flip the House in November, arguments over the proper meaning of democracy and republic may prove meaningless if we lose this country to advancing Socialism. Now is the time to strategize and focus on winning these crucial upcoming elections for our Conservative movement. We can work out the smaller details as we go along.
