Absolutely.....I have been a proponent of limiting terms for years.
Too many legislators become ensconced and forget that they are representatives of their constiuents rather than the voice of self interest and careers

Arlen n Specter is a good example of why terms should be limited.
29 years as a Republican and now he is changing parties....unbelieveable. It just goes to prove that the longer they are there, their interest is being re-elected, regardless of principles.
