Is it All About the Money???
Dear friends;You may find this interesting. Money Masters
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-515319560256183936#In the free market, competition is often ruthless. Antitrust law regulates this competition in order to prevent unfairness in the conduct of business. Theterm antitrust refers to the industrial giants of the nineteenth century, corporations which organized themselves into jointly managed units known as trusts. Through size and strength, the trusts single-handedly controlled the nation's most important markets, crushing all competitors, dictating prices, anderratically supplying goods and services to consumers. This led to the condition of overall dominance known as monopoly.

Can the Federal Reserve, if not by audit, be held accountable by the Anti-Trust Law?

We owe the Fed Rev $5trillion dollars. There was a bill to audit the Fed but it got "lost" or "stalled' in congress??? Perhaps the Anti-Trust law will make it through and be more useful. It was put in place by the Roosevelt Administration.

Dear Reader;
Concerning South America...Recently, Hugo Chavez has stated that Venezuela is entering the “third phase” of the revolution. To most, this language might seem somewhat harmless; however, it was Fidel Castro, half a century ago, who used these same words before he informed his Soviet counterparts of his intention to incite revolution throughout Latin America. Chavez is communicating his plans for the future to the socialist and communist elements in Latin America. You can see the Russian interest in Venezuela.
Historically, Bolivar was seen as the liberator of Latin America as he led independence movements in a number of colonies then under Spanish control. He soon saw his plan for Gran Colombia. A centralized Latin American government now faced heavy opposition from those he had just liberated. They did not want to cast off one yoke to replace it with another. Bolivar subsequently named himself dictator to suppress opposition to his vision. This move only further mobilized his detractors, leading to an assassination attempt and dashing his plan for a united Latin America.
Chavez believes that he carries the torch of Bolivar and will unite Latin America into a counterweight to U.S. hegemony, much like Castro sought to do. Unlike Castro, Chavez is not economically constrained; Venezuela is sitting on top of the world’s fifth largest reserve of oil. One more time the United States have a new old problem in our "backyard". Venezuela's "real threat" to the United States comes from Chávez's links to Iran and Russia. Also, the Cuban Army fights for Communist ideals in South America and Northwest Africa bringing support to the anti-democratic forces in Ethiopia and Somalia.

Dear Reader; It's All Economics...
This is such a great site. All of you have put a lot of thought into your writings and research. I commend you. With that said, and taking from the stand point of the American tax payer, of which you have all done, consider the idea of absolutely no social security (for it was designed in 1935 and was not intended for anyone to collect on) and no social programs (except for children and the indigent and/or a WPA style of welfare where a man actually works for his money, thereby keeping his dignity) and no taxes (or flat tax of 11%). None what so ever. Then reduce the size of government by 50% by consolidating the Departments. Next audit and relieve the Federal Reserve and the United Nations of its duties or cut their funding.

I know this sound very unpragmatic, but something close to this is what will have to happen to curb all the international and domestic spending that the progressive movement has passed by laws since the early 1900's/1930's/1960's/1990's and 2007-10 and made everyone else pay for. We are broke. It was Prof.Carroll Quigley that tied most of the worlds economies together in 1962, and was adopted in the United Nations without much resistance. With that, countries like Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, China, United States and England will fall like domino's. This is what we are observing in Greece today. Russia will be effected less so because they have instituted a flat-tax of 13% which off sets the immediate collapse.

Also there is a Communist Nation, which holds 2 trillion dollars of our debt (the Federal Reserve holds 5 trillion dollars of our debt, Japan 1.8 trillion). If they decide to "call-in" their "note" early, on which they have every legal right to do, this land will become theirs, because we don't have the money to pay them, or we can print so much of it (which the Federal Reserve would love) that it would become worthless. For example, a loaf of bread for $10,000.

I thank you all and think you bring in very good perspectives. There are many issues that we face today. But if the American people are to retain their Constitution and their country, which is my over-all riding concern, massive changes well have to occur on a much larger scale to implement a viable economic plan, or we should start practicing our Mandarin or enjoy the shackles of socialism. Is it that serious? I think it's pretty close.

It's all economics.
Sincerely;
John Wayne

Dear Reader; ****
The "Lofty Battleground" of Domestic and U.S.Foreign Policy of the 20th Century America.
If you want to understand what's going on today, it started in 1848, but made great strides in 1945. When we were celebrating the victory in Europe and the Pacific Theaters after World War II, Franklin D. Roosevelt absorbed the debt of our allies, thus we became a world power when they repaid their debt. This war was fought in what I call, "The Lofty Battlefield"...the field of economics. Concerning Economics; Those that believe in the free-market system incorporating smaller government and lower taxes and less regulation, tend to support "Ludwig Von Mises (1881-1973); Human Action" and "F.A. Hayek (1899-1992) The Road to Serfdom" and is known professionally as "Austrian School of Economics". (the good guys) In America during the 1980's, the world renowned economist Von Mises, was used as the theoretical base for "Reaganomics", and thankfully so. The German Chancellor Merkle just announced a few months ago (09/2009) her move in the direction of Austrian Economics. Good for her. She's absolutely right. Any less of a decision would be foolhardy.
Though through the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the "Bretton Woods Agreement Act" creating the IMF (International Monetary Fund) and the World Bank in up-state New york in 1945, the United Nations charter was also under consideration in San Francisco in 1945 and proposed to establish a World Court. During the same time, the 87th Congress was supporting Disarmament talks. The slogan of the World Court was "World peace through law". The problem here is that the judicial body, of which we only have one (1) out of the fifteen (15) judges, had no precedence in legislative or common law-its writs are enforced by the sovereign power of the state. Among its most fervent supporters were the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Nation Education Association (NEA). This should start making sense to you about now. The Charter was promptly ratified November 1945 for the United Nations and the World Court was provided for by Article 36 of the same charter.
Here's were it gets interesting. In July 1946 the Senate Foreign Relations Committee reported on the "Morse Resolution", suspecting that certain "Internationalists' were transforming their agencies into instruments of a "One World Government", U.S. Senator Tom Connally created the "Connally Amendment". The Connally Amendment simply states that the World Court; "shall not apply to disputes with regard to matters which are essentially within the jurisdiction of the United States." So when Fmr U.N.Amb. John Bolton emphatically stated that; International law does NOT trump the U.S.Constitution.", this is what he references.
From all the Communist/Socialist/Progressive leaders we have elected into the White House, (i.e. Teddy Roosevelt, Woodrow Wilson F.D.Roosevelt, Carter, Clinton and Obama), this country has moved from a Center rule Federal government to a"Total Government" national/international rule, where the "power" is located at the top...not near the state level, thereby turning our Constitution on its head. Radicals in 1958 began their well-organized attempts to destroy the Connally Amendment. World peace though world law, could not be further from the truth.
Our Constitution and Bill of Rights, are the only documents keeping us from having the socialists place shackles on our feet. It must be understood that the "Cold-War" is not over. Russian Vladimir Putin, once the president of Russia, now the Prime Minister, and soon to be the President again has been trained since the age of six (6) to be a KGB agent, and became the KGB Director of all five Directorates of the Soviet Empire. Do you really think he is pro-democratic? It's like asking Hubert Hoover to become a communist. The conflicts around the world are but games from the Russian Foreign Service Office to ware down our resolve. This is why the Middle-East is so important. It brings a part of the world back into Western Influence.
Well...now guess which country just absorbed $2 Trillion dollars worth of our debt. That's right...China, a communist nation. If you're not squirming in your chairs right about now, you should be. China, as Fmr Prime Minister of Russia N. Khrushchev has been reported of saying to Mao; "No need to attack (with your 4 million man Army and now 23 nuclear-submarines and countless long-range missiles), we can destroy America economically."
So this is the "Lofty-Battlefield" of which I speak. The "Cold-War" is not over and we are giving tons of money to soviet satellite nations. This is like back in school when; "you give the neighborhood bully $10 a week of your lunch money not to beat you up every day". Oh...and guess who's running the Department of State. Being able to quote the Communist Manifesto does not an intellectual make...Quoting the U.S. Constitution does.
Thx;
John

Who will proclaim in a campaign speech: "I have little interest in stream lining government or in making it more efficient, for I mean to reduce its size. I do not undertake to promote welfare, for I propose to extend freedom. My aim is not to pass laws, but to repeal them. Dear Reader; ***Concerning Education...
In Plato's book "The Republic" written in Greece during the first Classical period, had a great concern in the development of the next generation. After talking with many people in the field, one thing is true when concerning education...Education begins at home. Always has, always well. Don't think that education is a right, it is not, it is a privilege.

Thanks to the broken family structure and the "gangsta" popularity, kids seem to think that they do the teaching. First, Kids don't do the teaching. Parents along with the help of teachers, do the teaching. That's why we call them kids, and parents...parents. If they don't want to learn or don't have any discipline taught to them from their parents to respect other people and take personal responsibility, don't let them in school. It's that simple. Parents need to take time to teach their kids in at least the basics like; reading, writing, mathematics, spelling, American History, the U.S. Constitution and Western Civilization. But here also we have to be aware because there are teachers, professors and academics teaching and writing "revisionist histories" now days that lean towards Marxist theory. They're not interested in the truth.
The truth is up to you.

The NEA (National Education Association) should be relieved of its "Union Status". Why? Because the NEA along with the ABA (American Bar Association) where two of the original unions that supported the formation of the United Nations at the San Francisco Conference back in 1945. Why would they do that? Simply to eliminate wars through world peace. Nobel?

What does a "One World Government" have to do with the Constitution? In the 1930's the Communist Party made great head-way in America. That great serge in popularity during the American Depression was mostly do to the fact that "when you feed hungry man's belly, their ears are open." That had a very poignant and profound effect on the popularity of "social justice movement" and what we are experiencing today. Since the 1960's, communist radicals like Mark Rudd, Abby Hoffman of SDS and Bill Ayers of Weathermen out of Chicago have been indoctrinating the public in "social justice". Social justice is communism, and the education system picked up this ideology and have been friends ever since. Lawyers construct "International Law" to further that aim. Thankfully, the "Connolly Amendment" was written in, so when the Fmr UN Amb. John Bolton says "International law does not trump the Constitution.", this is what he refers to. We lose that, we're done.

So what can we do? How can we teach kids? We could 1) reduce the administrators by 50%, 2) require that the U.S. Constitution be taught in all the schools, and 3) don't hire teachers that have or have had any affiliation with the Communist Party. We must be sure that "Civics"(how the system works) and "Western Civilization" are taught and taught well in our schools. That curriculum must be brought back into the mainstream educational program and that the U.S. Constitution is the real deal where people can live in freedom.

Parents Please...It is NOT up to the State to educate your kids. It was never designed to be. Its always been up to the parents. Teach them your ethics and values, the Constitution and Western Civilization, or someone else well. Communist countries teach their children Marxism, control the media, and use behavior modification to control their population to be subservient to the state. Some policies in America are not far behind, but we can turn this back around to where liberty and freedom are worth more than the shackles, prisons and slavery of "World Peace", for world peace could not be further from the truth.

Dear Reader; This is Important.
Freedom over Utopia's; Managers, Lawyers and Taxes.
With respect to the overall picture, there is, I reason, that great concern should be placed upon the whole economic strategy. The one world, one economy, one race and one government dedicated to the "Collective", must be viewed as a dangerous avenue to proceed. Free Market principles are the only employable method for a free society, and that school of economics is the "Austrian School", not Keynesian Economics. Austrian Economics would not have permitted the "bail-outs", and the massive debt we have incurred. But what is extremely troubling is that a communist nation has underwritten our debt. Excuse me...a Communist Nation is underwriting our debt...Excuse me...a communist nation is underwriting our debt. Why do you think they would do that? You may want to start brushing up on your mandarin vocabulary, or employ the Constitution and its Public Domain Laws, and this time not against your own citizens.

Concerning Economics; Those that believe in the free-market system incorporating smaller government and lower taxes and less regulation, tend to support "Ludwig Von Mises (1881-1973); Human Action" and "F.A. In January 2010, Frm U.N. Amb. John Bolton stated; "International Law...Does Not Trump the U.S. Constitution". Bravo. This is absolutely a Keystone and Pivotal Statement for it is the basis of our Freedom.
The socialists...well tend to support economists like J.M.Keynes "Keynesian economics". Which is what fills the accounting rooms in the Federal Reserve and the US Treasury Departments. Socialists also support the United Nations, Communism and Fascism of Mao, Hitler, Che and Stalin.

.
Concerning Management and Policy; Please, let reason be a beacon of our history. Fully incorporate Austrian Economics in our schools, universities and national policy. As The renowned Prussian Major General Karl Von Clausewitz (On War; 1831) empirically stated; "War is but policy by other means". If pure logic were to apply..."Policy therefore, must be war by other means". This goes right into the fields of "Diplomacy and Business Management". There use to be a saying in business, "Managers manage people, Accountants manage money. Not that the "bottom-line" is not important. but "the people" are your true asset. Any junior officer in military service will tell you that. The U.S. Department of State should consider weather they want to befriend everyone, or enforce the U.S. Constitution. It took 5000 years for this document to be written at the cost of millions of peoples lives and it should not be brushed aside so nonchalantly. Bring our work back to America now and start back up our manufacturing base and direct our private sector to be energy independent.

Concerning Lawyers; The lawyers game is to make more laws to limit your personal freedom so they get; the money, the pretty girl/boy and the house on the hill. Do not make any more new laws. We can't move now without giving you money. Find the laws that limit your fellow citizens freedom and resend them. History will remember you more for that. Clean up your profession, not tomorrow, but now.

Concerning Taxes; There should be none. However, I would highly recommend a "Flat Tax" for it is "Fair". It does not allow any party to indulge themselves in "Behavioral Modification" against its people as the consumer tax or our present system does. To quote Holderlin; "What has always made the state a hell on earth has been precisely that man has tried to make it his heaven".

Thank you; John

Dear Reader;

For if we can agree that human nature does have a dark-side to it, then it must be said that "culture" was created to be the antithesis of that. This to appeal to the good-side of human nature for in which every person has a pearl.

It is the right and duty of every citizen to rise to the level of their culture...Not for the culture to stoop to the lowest common denominator.

Should Arab Countries Play a Larger Roll in Afghanistan???
After the attack on 9/11, the goal was to capture or kill Osama Bin Laden. Eight years latter, we are now "rebuilding" the middle-east in Iraq and Afghanistan. This is not a bad strategy because it does stabilize the area, which is usually volatile at best. Arguments can be taken for both sides, but we are there. Though there is oil in the region. The U.S. gets most of their oil from Central America, South America and Canada, but Europe does depend on their exports.

The “Wild-Card” in this area is Iran. More specifically, the mullahs of Iran are the problem, and have compounded the problem greatly with the building of nuclear facilities to acquire a Nuclear Weapon. The “people” of Iran however want a more democratic government, freedom from their oppressors and have shown signs to fight for it.

Israel, our closest ally in the region, even though Obama’s administration seems to be appeasing their enemies for the last 8 months, is faced with a difficult choice. Attack the facilities in Iran (either independently or as a joint operation with the U.S.) and deal with world wide retribution, or do nothing and hope that talks and sanctions persuade Iran to give up their ambitions. That’s not going to happen.

General McChrystal has requested an additional 40,000 (1 Division) troops in the Afghan theatre to secure it. Obama would be smart to listen to the “Commanders in the Field”.
Russia and China will do nothing militarily in the middle-east. Russia can’t afford it, and China is more interested in extending their capital in Africa and South America. So now we are faced with Saudi Arabia and other Arab states. It’s been said that if they get involved the Palestinians and Syrians (Assyrians) will feel betrayed by their fellow Arab Muslim brothers. We all ready have some military bases there so, so much for that argument.
So, what have we got here? You have a couple countries North that’s not going to do anything, Iraq in the West is volatile but secure, Afghanistan/Pakistan theatre in the East are fighting hard to neutralize the Taliban and Al Qaeda. The prize in Pakistan is the Nuclear Weapons. Iran is developing some Nuclear Weapons and may be very close in achieving it.

Here I think the full military and economic force of Saudi Arabia can play a dramatic part. As soon as they committee a sizable force, the other Arab countries will back down. They should also enter Iran as part of a three prong surgical attack on their Nuclear Facilities, their Republican Guard and Air Defense Units and allow “the people” of Iran to enter into a process to select a more democratically supported government. Also, keep the covert American/Pakistan Force guarding the "Nukes" in Pakistan. Von Clausewitz or Sun Tzu? Do the unexpected.
What do you think?
Thx; John
