Well, I did something I usually try not to do, and that is send something along without checking it out. Sorry, but the write up about In God We Still Trust in false, at least according to Snopes -

However, also according to Snopes, in their write up about the song, was this statement toward the end of their page -
Quote - "However, "In God We Still Trust" was the subject of a somewhat similar controversy three years later, in March 2009, when students at a Florida elementary school were rehearsing the song to perform it as part of an end-of-the year school assembly. The parents of two students files a lawsuit against the school board maintaining that the schoool had violated their children's First Amendment rights "by making them choose bretween practicing a 'proselytizing' and 'sectarian'coungry music song or sitting out the entire performance. " A U.S. District Judge issued an injunction against the song's erformance at the school assembly, although it had already been dropped from the program by then." End quote.

I don't know if this has been posted before, but think it deserves tobe posted again, especially with the schallacking the Democrats took Tuesday night, thanks to all the hard work of all the patriots on this forum and many others.

Look at AOL this morning, hardly anything about the elections!!! The American public needs to realize how corrupt the media is, they have become nothing more than a liberal propaganda machine. They peddle their liberal views constantly, hardly ever dicussing Christian or conservative events or articles. The elections were just a beginning, the American people need to take America back completely in the government, the schools, the media, the entertainment industry and much much more. Americans needs to wake up from the slumber this last 50 years!! Americans need to stop being so tolerant and stand for the truths and liberties on which this country was founded and that does include GOD. Fox news is one of the few media resources that serves as a beacon of hope and resistance against the liberal un-American onslaught that has been this last 50 years and was culminated in the immoral and corrupt adminstration voted into power in 2008. We need to continue striving forward in taking America back and supporting FOX and other conservatice media outlets. We need to tell as many people as we can on how corrupt the liberal media is, the liberal media played a major factor in getting the corrupt and immoral adminstration into power in 2008. Remember the battle has just begun and remember the liberals are willing to lay it all on the line!!!! WAKE UP, it is time to more than just talk!!! IT IS TIME TO ACT....

I don't understand who this group intends for us to vote. Newt looks great compared to what we have now. And Newt did good work with the Contract with America.
I don't understand why Sean is letting this site tear Newt down.
This is NOT the time for ripping our people apart. Our country is in the fight of its life. Try getting good people together and lets take back this country.
And...we need to round up ALL the muslims and send them back; as they are ALL terrorists. Any muslim( which is not a religion but a cult)believes we are infidels and they should kill us if they have the opportunity as that man at Ft. Hodd did; if we won't bow to Allah( who is a false god). ALL of them believe this as it is in their Koran.
Knowing this, we should just drop a bomb on all the Arab nations, after we have warned the Christians and Jews to leave quickly.
I want people who believe in the constitution, but we can't totally hide our heads in the sand. I do like the idea of stopping any help throughout the world and spend for our defense and for the Star Wars defense for our allies. But then where does that put us when we owe places like China?
I say...drill baby drill and free us of the Arabs, but Newt is the very one pushing for that, which I am sure ALL see as a good thing to happen, especially in Alaska. Newt is constantly doing writings and films about returning to the constitution, so I don't get this anti-Newt stuff.
We have an emeny to America sitting in the White House; who is a muslim and wants to destroy this country so we will all be dead, and you are worrying about Nafta?
Lets save this country from the muslim take over right now.o.k.???? Did you know that there are 2 head people on Homeland Security that are devout muslim and want us all dead? Obama appointed them and wants us dead. How safe do you feel now?
Experts say we have 6 months until there will be another strike against us.
Lets stop fighting among ourselves and unite; and take back this country, even if it means bloodshed; which it might.
By the way in my picture I am standing by someone I feel would be one of the fighters, and that is Marco Rubio of Florida for U.S. Senate. He is a man of principals,morals and family values. We may not agree on all issues( like HOA bills), but right now I want someone who I can trust to defend our country in D.C.
If you trash some of us,on a few issues, the enemy will take over our country and then the world ; we will all be dead, except for a few liberal pinko creeps who will be worshiping Allah just to survive in a 3rd century land.
WAKE UP AMERICA and get out , ready to roll up your sleeve, and then to vote for real Americans who love this country. My ancestors came over on the 2nd ship...The Blessing so I have much to lose. I am related to such heros as Chief Justice--John Marshall, Pres., Grover Cleveland, and Henry Flagler who took his Standard Oil money and gave it all for Florida in everything he did. I want to fight for my country, to be takenb back. How about you? Even if you don't go back as Marco doesn't, he knows what he is willing to fight about. GOD bless AMERICA.
