Tom Stillings (R-Kewadin) announced today that he will put the “Stillings Solution” to work to get America back on the right
track. After the surprise announcement that Congressman Bart Stupak will
not be seeking re-election in November, Stillings is ready to move
forward and make the voice of the people heard in Washington.

In a response to rumors that there are potential candidates to enter the race as a result of Stupak’s announcement, the Stillings Team announced that they were in the race
to fight against Stupak and that any candidate not yet declared would be
just an opportunistic person not interested in serving the greater good
but rather to further their own cause.

“We were in the race fighting the tough battle to stand up against Stupak and the Obama machine; we were prepared to take the message of the people to Washington to fight against the far left
agenda, anyone who sees Stupak retiring as a chance to run for this seat
does not display the character to stand up against the Obama
administration,” said Stillings.

As a Tea Party candidate, Stillings has been carrying the cause to fight against career politicians and so far the message has been heard. The Tea Party movement continues to fight
against those elected officials who have lost touch with the principles
of the Constitution and to get America back on the path to
prosperity. Tom Stillings agrees with the philosophy of the Tea Party
movement and is not swayed in his belief that its time to get America
back to work and that he is the candidate to do that.
