There is already a Tea Party movement starting to get behind a good conservative for the Indiana Primary election. ONE conservative; not 5 like the Primary that Coats won. If it had been Coats and one other person, the other person might have won - the "other" total votes was higher than the votes for Coats. The first meeting for this movement will be in January 2011. Rlchard Lugar needs to change parties or retire.

I'm STILL trying to figure Richard Lugar out!! He is a R.I.N.O. He always seems to get re-elected. I wonder is there a way to get somebody to run against "Dicky" Lugar. I rather NOT wait to 2012. Lugar has a large sum of money in his "war chest". I believe that the person or people who decide to run better start NOW and NOT WAIT!!! Thanks to all..

Look at AOL this morning, hardly anything about the elections!!! The American public needs to realize how corrupt the media is, they have become nothing more than a liberal propaganda machine. They peddle their liberal views constantly, hardly ever dicussing Christian or conservative events or articles. The elections were just a beginning, the American people need to take America back completely in the government, the schools, the media, the entertainment industry and much much more. Americans needs to wake up from the slumber this last 50 years!! Americans need to stop being so tolerant and stand for the truths and liberties on which this country was founded and that does include GOD. Fox news is one of the few media resources that serves as a beacon of hope and resistance against the liberal un-American onslaught that has been this last 50 years and was culminated in the immoral and corrupt adminstration voted into power in 2008. We need to continue striving forward in taking America back and supporting FOX and other conservatice media outlets. We need to tell as many people as we can on how corrupt the liberal media is, the liberal media played a major factor in getting the corrupt and immoral adminstration into power in 2008. Remember the battle has just begun and remember the liberals are willing to lay it all on the line!!!! WAKE UP, it is time to more than just talk!!! IT IS TIME TO ACT....

Ya know Duke, I have to agree with you!
When I move here for Fla. 3 years ago, I heard the same song... Indiana is a very conservative state. But as you say, I see no evidence of the claim.
Either the Conservatives are not as numerous as claimed or they just don't show up at election time? Either way, the claim becomes a lie...
I feel I'm doing my part... I have 2 bumper stickers on my truck... IMPEACH OBAMA, and LIBERALISM IS A MENTAL DISORDER. I talk to everyone about Conservative Politics, I'm the Asst. Committeeman for my district, I'm active in our local Republican Club... But like you, I see no evidence of any eagerness to throw out the liberals!
Very demoralizing!!!
But, I ain't givin' up!

I was really dissapointed with Indiana for voting in this Coats character in the recent Republican primary here. In fact, I was outraged. We had two decent conservative Republican candidates running for Bayh's seat, and this guy weasels in late and ends up winning. Now I have a choice between a liberal republican who has a proven anti-2nd amendment stance, and a so-called "conservative Democrat". When I moved here from Texas, I kept hearing how this state was conservative. Yet, it went for Obama in '08 and now Coats for Senate. My friends, family and co-workers are always complaining about what's happening to the country. Yet, dispite my constant persuasion, barely any bothered to vote. This is demoralizing. People whine but, no one does anything. I am ashamed of the people in this state for their apathy. Is there something in the water here?
