So many things have cropped up to give encouragement that this issue would be resolved that another "sure thing" has me cautiously optimistic. I'm continually praying that frauds and selfish motives will be exposed. Thank you for your posting!

The 1964 and 1961 dates on the Registration certificate from Kenya are significant. And they actually may help to authenticate the document ultimately.

Stanley Ann Dunham filed for divorce Jan 20, 1964. In divorce cases the judge customarily requests a copy of birth certificate or birth record for any young children (Obama Jr.). Apparently Ann Dunham knew he was born in Kenya and her lawyer asked the newly formed Kenyan Republic for a birth record (or B.C.) Kenya gained its independence from Brittain in Dec. 1963.

The new Kenyan Republic would have to either issue a Kenyan B.C. or Kenyan Birth record, in either case it would have occasion to re-register the birth on the forms from the new Kenyan Republic, creating the document from the original Brittish Commonwealth record.

So if you read the document carefully, down near the bottom you will see a date of original registration of August 9, 1961 ( 5 days after birth on Aug 4, 1961) typical Brittish efficiency. Also you will find the name of the original birth registrar to be Mr. Lavender ( obviously a Brittish name) no surprise since the Britts were in control in 1961.

Now at the bottom of the document you find the new registration date of Feb. 17th ,1964 and the new Kenyan Deputy Asst. Registrar, Mr. Oduya (not a Brittish name). When you then realize that the divorce was granted to Ann Dunham on March 5, 1964.... you see the significance of the document and the date of new registration of the birth !!!

This document most likely was created because of the divorce of Obama's mother Ann Dunham from Obama's father BaracK Obama Sr.

Also you will see that Ann Dunham was only 18 years old at time of birth .... which brings you back to Phillip Berg and other's argument that she was 1 year too young to confer USA citizenship on Barack Jr. Which means that he is not even a legal U.S. citizen !!!

Even though his birth was registered in Hawaii, If a court rightly rules that he never had US citizenship....
His entire Presidency is illegal and Un Constitutional.

None of his appointments are legal. None of the Czars, Emmanual, Clinton or Sotomayor.
Our troops are serving without proper Constitutional backing under an illegal Commander in Chief.
ORly Taitz's argument for Mr. Cook gains great credence.

The trick is to get a court to rule straight on the law of 1961 regarding confering of citizenship.

And then there is the issue of him possibly knowing that he was an illegal candidate and running anyway while hiding critical records from the public and obtaining the office by collusion and conspiracy.

But that is another matter.

Better to end his rule now by law..... each day brings a bigger legal mess to untangle.
And future would possibly be fraught with more illegal appointments, more illegal signed laws, more illegal policies etc. etc.

that document may be a fake the court is still looking at it to declare its authenticity. But, it will not be declared the real thing - there is news now that Stanley Anna Dunhma Obama left Barry's father and went to school in Seattle Washington sometime after Barry was born. I do believe he was born in Kenya, than his mother returned to Hawaii to register his birth there and then took him to Seattle, but there is still a question where is the real birth certificate. God please help us take our Country Back!

This could be the BEST thing that has ever happened to our country ... a chance to SAVE it ... to
save our heritage, our rights as citizens, our freedoms, and our Constitution. The way this country is heading, with ACORN and the SEIU excercising their Obama given powers ... and known Muslims and known Communists being seated in positions of power ... all those things will soon be but a footnote in History.
