A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.

Amendment 5 - Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings. Ratified 12/15/1791.
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment 6 - Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. Ratified 12/15/1791.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Amendment 7 - Trial by Jury in Civil Cases. Ratified 12/15/1791.
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment. Ratified 12/15/1791.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

Conspiracy in the Courts?
The California Federal Obama eligibility case presided over by Judge Carter was dismissed after Carter had previously stated in court it would go forward to trial on Jan. 26, 2010. The judge dismissed the case for the reasons the court could not overturn the voters and the court did not have jurisdiction. Just like all the other cases, the evidence was never investigated or examined. To infer congress was to investigate this matter is putting the fox in charge of the hen house. Now obama can say out in the open I was born in Kenya and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it.
Courts have said the plaintiffs didn't have standing, then who does? They have said the COLB was on the INTERNET and had been proven legit, by what governmental entity? There was no investigation into Obama's eligibility status before the election even though there were calls for it and McCain was checked out. The courts have opted out and the congress will never look into this. We could now have a foreign born president with a willing majority party become dictator and suspend all elections to rule for life and you and I could do nothing short of revolt. Thing is they would have to get the guns. Guess what? Obama want's them.
You look at the evidence and decide.
1) Obama has put on the internet as proof of natural born status a Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth or COLB it has been proven by many to be a fraudulent document but that is irrelevant, it is not a birth certificate and at that time Hawaii was giving out COLBS to aliens not born in this country.
2) Obama has spent over 1 million dollars and an unknown amount of taxpayer money on DOJ lawyers to fight disclosing his birth certificate, passport records, college and school records, name changes, medical records, and draft records. All have been sealed by executive order. If he is fighting so hard to hide these documents, why? where I'm from if you work to hide something it means you have done something wrong, it's typical for kids and adults to hide what they are ashamed to show.
3)Obama talks in his book that he went to Pakistan with friends when no US passported individual could. What country's passport did he use?
4)His name on Indonesian school records is Barry Soweto and there are no records available as to a name change. Who is he?
5)His paternal grandmother said she was present at his birth in Kenya and his maternal grandmother said he was born there too. There are no doctors, nurses, or anyone that has come forward stating they were at his birth in Hawaii.
6)The Obama administration and family members have given two different hospitals as his birth place.
7)He admitted in the Illinois Senate race he was not a natural born citizen and has a Kenyan born father that would give him dual citizenship at best. His mother was not old enough to give him citizenship if born in Kenya. Either negates natural born.
I'm sure there are people on the site and those filing court cases have more, but I came up with these as I wrote them. There seems to be real strong evidence of a conspiracy in the courts to conceal evidence and not allow the judicial system to work. Have these judges been threatened? Have they been bought off?

EDUCATION CODE - Article 2
38135. Any use, by any individual, society, group, or organization
for the commission of any act intended to further any program or
movement the purpose of which is to accomplish the overthrow of the
government of the United States or of the state by force, violence,
or other unlawful means shall not be permitted or suffered.
Any individual, society, group, or organization which commits any
act intended to further any program or movement the purpose of which
is to accomplish the overthrow of the government by force, violence,
or other unlawful means while using school property pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor.
38136. No governing board of a school district shall grant the use
of any school property to any person or organization for any use in
violation of Section 38135.
For the purpose of determining whether or not any individual,
society, group, or organization applying for the use of the school
property intends to violate Section 38135, the governing board shall
require the making and delivery to the governing board, by the
applicant of a written statement of information in the following
form:
STATEMENT OF INFORMATION
The undersigned states that, to the best of his or her knowledge,
the school property for use of which application is hereby made will
not be used for the commission of any act intended to further any
program or movement the purpose of which is to accomplish the
overthrow of the government of the United States by force, violence
or other unlawful means;
That ____, the organization on whose behalf he or she is making
application for use of school property, does not, to the best of his
or her knowledge, advocate the overthrow of the government of the
United States or of the State of California by force, violence, or
other unlawful means, and that, to the best of his or her knowledge,
it is not a Communist action organization or Communist front
organization required by law to be registered with the Attorney
General of the United States. This statement is made under the
penalties of perjury.

The school board may require the furnishing of additional
information as it deems necessary to make the determination that the
use of school property for which application is made would not
violate Section 38135.
Any person applying for the use of school property on behalf of
any society, group, or organization shall be a member of the
applicant group and, unless he or she is an officer of the group,

the application.
The governing board of any school district may, in its discretion,
consider any statement of information or written authorization made
pursuant to the requirements of this section as being continuing in
effect for the purposes of this section for the period of one year

I am returning Senate Bill 1322 without my signature.
Many Californians have fled communist regimes, immigrated to the
United States and sought freedom in our nation because of the human
rights abuses perpetuated in other parts of the world. It is
important particularly for those people that California maintains the
protections of current law. Therefore, I see no compelling reason
to change the law that maintains our responsibility to ensure that
public resources are not used for purposes of overthrowing the U.S.
or state government, or for communist activities.
For these reasons, I am unable to sign this bill.

According to my news paper today, Sandra Day O"Connor is heading up a group of Judges from around the Country to push next year, 2010, to end the practice of electing Judges.
O"Connor and several Supreme Court Justices do not want us voting for Judges stating we don't know enough about them and indeed do not even know their names. Well now could it be that they have another motive for NOT wanting the people to decide? I say we get involved in this and put a stop to it, what say all of you? Sandra Day O"Connor as you will most likely remember is a "former" supreme court Justice. I never did like her, and I like her even less now. Arkansas says that is going to be a very hard sell in that State. I say it will be in Oklahoma also.

I served 17 yrs in the Military supporting the Constitution of these United States our now President his Administration and (D) controlled Congress has called us unpatriotic made fun of our Town Halls and called us Teabaggers they have attempted to stop Fox News from speaking against the President they have violated almost all of our most cherished rights as an American.I saw a post in the Patriot Post today that suits the way I feel it said STAND FIRM PATROIT .
