We are hoping to attend this. It should be very informative with Judge Napolitano, Gov Rick Perry, our AG Greg Abbott participating.

Special Event: Tenth Amendment Town Hall
Exploring Solutions to Restoring Texas' Constitutional Rights

February 15, 2010 - 8:30am to 1:30pm - Plano, Texas

You are invited to a very special event hosted by the Texas Conservative Coalition (TCC), the conservative caucus of the Texas Legislature.

Trillion-dollar bailouts, record deficits, a proposed government takeover of health care, job killing environmental regulations, and looming tax increases. The excessive power wielded by the federal government over states and individuals must stop. The Tenth Amendment Town Hall hosted by TCC will serve as forum to explore solutions to restore Texas' constitutional rights, and to limit the growing power and influence of the federal government.

The event will feature a stirring keynote address by Judge Andrew Napolitano (author and Fox News Contributor), as well as remarks by nationally-prominent constitutional scholars and conservative state legislators. Governor Rick Perry and Attorney General Greg Abbott will also participate in this event.

The Town Hall will also feature three panel discussions:

State Actions to Restore the Tenth Amendment
Requiring Congress to Balance the Budget
Nullification: What it means, and is it an option for states?

Please register for this event today! http://tenthamendment.eventbrite.com/

The cost is $20 per person, which covers your attendance, the cost of lunch, parking, and processing fees. The event will take place at the Plano Centre (2000 East Spring Creek Parkway) in Plano, Texas and will begin at 8:30am. The event will conclude by 1:30pm. Please click here for a map & directions.

Please register to help secure Texans' rights and liberties.

Sincerely,

Wayne Christian

All b.s. aside, I must say that Brown is the new RINO face in the Republican party. His record is not exactly sparkling... He said he believes everyone should have some form of healthcare, just not in the form the dems are pushing - how is THAT conservative>> But what can we really expect from Mass....
Comment by Good Ole Boy on February 3, 2010 at 10:27pm
The primary in Illinois came out with liberal RINO Mark Kirk as the Republican contender for the US Senate. The situation is identical to the Massachusetts election of Brown. The RNC endorsed Kirk and he outspent all the other Republicans. The only difference from Massachusetts is Illinois is not as heavily Democratic. A conservative is running as an Independent just as Brown did.

Look up Cinta and stop trying to discredit my claim. Do some research before you tell me I'M the crazy one here... Virtually ALL incumbents are about to get fired and Perry is no exception.

Perhaps you need a little shuteye, Dean... Even though you walk through life with them closed...

NRN has ties to AFP (Americans for Prosperity) who is a no-name group of Perry supporters that came out to sponsor the Nullification Rally that PERRY DID NOT LISTEN TO. Where is your leader?? He is too busy looking smug, winking at female reporters and hiding under his desk from the so-called "angry mob" of REAL FREEDOM LOVERS.
