Joe Biden = Billigerent, Disrespectful, Impolite, Obnoxious, Uninformed & NOT what America needs to solve our problems! On Libya, Joe didn't know what the State Dept said before a Congressional Committee the day before! He IS part of the problem we're all faced with today!
