Grasping technology!

Posted on March 17, 2009 at 12:10am 0 Comments

If one thing is evident by this last election it was that the liberals and democrats embraced the power of technology and in my opinion it gave them the extra boost needed to win the election.

The Democrat party actively implemented, used, molded and invented modern technology, social media and other mass marketing tools to reach donors and voters. They used these tools to spread information, coordinate and plan events, build accurate polling and voter information and to energize… Continue

I have been doing much thinking about the sheer amount of money our government is investing (on our so called “behalf”) into some of these failing financial institutions under the guise that they are too big to fail. As hard as it was to swallow the first TARP and bailout package I believe it is more difficult to swallow this latest series of “rescue” plans which amount to… Continue

Obama’s “quasi” State of The Union

Posted on February 25, 2009 at 9:31am 1 Comment

Many American’s will be discussing BHO’s speech he gave to the joint session of the house last ngiht. For many of those who watched they will think Obama once again gave an amzing speech and will probably feel that all is well with the world again. I really have to give credit to the president; he delivers one hell of a speech — although his cadence, at times, makes me want to find a soft pillow and take a nap. (I have read that his cadence is intentional — as a excellent debater is school and… Continue

Cory, I just read the OP ED piece from Rush. He was very eloquent in what he said and I thought it was great that Rush is taking the offensive in this fight against regulated speech. I have an online petition that I have been encouraging people to sign so we can sign and send to both houses of congress to stop this kind of regulation and to send a message to those in charge in Washington. I want to get at least 1 million signatures on it before sending it to Washington
So far I only have 11 signatures and I feel that liberal bureaucrats are moving quickly on the Fairness Doctrine. Do you have any suggestions that would increase the number of signatures? Thank you.
