Obama's gas prices DOUBLE talk.

During one of his clearly-stated litanies of the things that have worsened since Obama took over, Mitt Romney pointed out that the price of a gallon of gasoline has literally doubled in less than four years. Romney stated quite correctly that, in large measure, our dependence on expensive imported oil has been exacerbated by Obama's rigid policy of over-regulation plus the prohibition of aggressive domestic multi-source oil recovery. Worse yet, the only result of Obama's green energy agenda has…See More

An OnStar call replay you're not likely to hear on the radio.

from eddobloggo.comGeneral Motors began installing OnStar in select models in 1996 and eventually made its GPS-based safety/security system standard equipment on most models. I know about this firsthand because I've been there with OnStar, albeit reluctantly, in Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, GMC and Cadillac dealerships since Day One.By now you surely know, as a result of those dramatic OnStar-call replay radio ads, that the system can do such…See More

The Homeland Security picture is out of focus.

from eddobloggo.comWe may have to wait awhile for the end of the poorly prioritized Obama administration, but it is certainly possible to put political pressure on the president to replace the Homeland Security Department secretary with someone far more qualified -- perhaps someone a bit more militant about protecting his/her fellow Americans -- at the earliest possible moment.Pulitzer Prize-winning syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer…See More

I would personally like to thank you for joining one of the most important movements in our country's history.

If you are like me you are very concerned about the direction our country is headed. Please take a moment and read the article below on why I started The Conservative Underground.

Why I started TCU

I hope after reading the article you will be inspired to recruit 5 or more friends to join TCU. TCU has many features to help you invite your friends including gmail and hotmail. Just click on the Invite button on the top of the page. You can certainly use MySpace or Facebook to invite your friends as well.

Our members are very active in the conservative movement. Not only have they helped this site grow to over 5,000 in just 3 months they also participate in tea parties, radio shows and some are even running for office!

Getting your friends, family and co-workers to join and involved is one of the single most important things you can do. To get started just Click Here to invite your friends.

TCU is also a way to connect with other conservatives. Members post blog articles, forum post, join groups, and even upload pictures. From time to time TCU also has contest and highlights special events such as tea parties. TCU also aims to maintain a positive atmosphere for the conservative movement.

First thing you should do is join your State group. Do this by clicking on states at the top of the page. This will get you started. I hope you find this site useful, educational and a way for you to participate in this important movement.
