A state of “national emergency” could be a terrorist attack, a natural disaster, or a stock market crash, for example. Here are just a few Executive Orders associated with FEMA that would suspend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. These Executive Orders have been on record for nearly 30 years, and could be enacted by the stroke of a Presidential pen:

# 10995: Right to seize all communications media in the United States.

# 10997: Right to seize all electric power, fuels and minerals, both public and private.

# 10999: Right to seize all means of transportation, including personal vehicles of any kind, and total control of highways, seaports, and waterways.

# 11000: Right to seize any and all American people and divide up families in order to create work forces to be transferred to any place the Government sees fit.

# 11001: Right to seize all health, education and welfare facilities, both public and private.

# 11002: Right to force registration of all men, women, and children in the United States.

# 11003: Right to seize all air space, airports, and aircraft.

# 11004: Right to seize all housing and finance authorities in order to establish “Relocation Designated Areas”, and to force abandonment of areas classified as “unsafe”.

# 11005: Right to seize all railroads, inland waterways, and storage facilities, both public and private.

# 11921: Authorizes plans to establish Government control of wages and salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institutions.

Just had to say howdy there my friend. From another source through Patriotic Resistance, I happened upon your reading of that Retired Lt. Colonel's dissing of the New Marxist Party, formally know as the Democratic Party. I love it, I have discovered so much of that in my work that it was incredible how she put it all together so well, and your reading was also excellent, a talent I do not have.

There were bits and pieces that even surprised me and I've been taking notes and half-way researching the topic for a while now. I basically had to so as to not overload my big mouth since I have been saying for years that I could not understand how either the Black Americans or the American women could vote democratic due to the way the Democratic party had traditionally treated them.

I guess that could be perhaps be the backlash that is so apparent, at least to me, now. I find the gals leading and organizing the Conservative movement now more than I, at first, could have imagined! I find it no surprise as men seem to have forgotten what it means to be a man. I frequently chide them for being testicular challenged and just plain wimps for forgetting to find something to stand up for and then standing up for it!

I'm the worst correspondent, arent' I? Forgive me, please. Re my back, the decision was no surgery. Doc said is my choices were listed A, B, C, etc., the back surgery should be Z. So now I'm on a program of Physical Therapy that seems to help, along with a series of steroid injections on my lower back occasionally. That's it. Feel like the world was lifted off my shoulders.

Will try to recruit, but can't promise any results. Do know that many folks here.
