Mandate, the Corporate Mandate and its version of the Public
option.

I say "draft" because the Finance Committee has not published
actual legislative text but instead (as is the tradition of
this committee) is working off what is called the "Chairman's
Mark" of the bill.

sources indicate that low-key swing votes on the committee are

through without each and every Senator on this committee feeling
immense grassroots pressure.
