To set this up a bit, I was watching Glenn Becks' "Civilest of Wars" program. How different states are introducing legislation that will bring about court cases that will shine light on the areas that the Federal Government has incrementally over stepped it's bounds. Texas, Montana, Utah, etc. I don't remember the number of states that are stepping up to fight this, but it was eye opening.
I would be curious to hear if Becks reporting is on track or other opinions.
