I Need help with the Health care bill.

I have just downloaded and started delving into the healthcare bill, and need some assistance. One of the main points that people bring up is "end of life care". I have even used health care rationing in debates with the communist left myself. I would however like to be able to quote the bill. Can anyone point the section(s) that most closely speaks to this topic. I am just now on about page 10 of 1000+, but am sure some of us have gotten further into it. Thanks for any help.

Next Step - Fed Controlled Broadcasting

I just checked out the Drudge Report and can't believe the first story I saw. Apparently the democrats are going to make their first push towards controlling the radio and TV. Clyburn is asking for "financial rescue" for minority owned broadcasting outlets. I guess they are shying away from the conotations of "bailout", but I read it as pretty much the same thing. This morning, I was on my way to work and tuned into the Russ Parr morning show. For those of you who do not know him, he is a liberal left wing radio host. His show is mostly rap/R & B, and entertainment news. However, he does use his platform to fire up the left wing nuts a little everyday.
