Well, I rode the bike to work this morning. A little cool, but damn, I miss riding! If I can find out where the guy lives, I will probably go look at the Yamaha this afternoon after work. And I've got a check in my pocket, so I may have a new bike tonight!
Ah, I covet saddlebags...and lots of chrome! Actually I've got the number of a guy who has one to sell, an '01 with 5K miles, but it's purple! I haven't seen the bike yet, the guy has been in a car wreck and he's skittish about riding. I guess I need to find out where he lives and go look at it. Buddy of mine says he wants $3500 but might take as low as $2800. What do you think?
It's a Suzuki Marauder 250. It's not much, but it gets me around town and sips gas. I'm debating thinking about a Yamaha V-Star 650, but I'm worried about spending the money in this economy. You ride?
