Obama birth certificate required in five states

A proposal in the Arizona State Senate to require presidential candidates to prove their eligibility to run for office in the state already has enough sponsors to guarantee that it will be passed. The House also has 25 sponsors among the 31 votes needed for passages, with promises from those who are not sponsors but will vote for it.
