When your mission is to bankrupt the US in order to create social crisis resulting in "CHANGE", it makes perfect sense to siphon off hundreds of billions of dollars of tax revenues and borrowed money (T-bills, etc.) by providing all the special services for illegals and letting them earn untaxed dollars to send to their families in Mexico.
And throw in a fake "stimulus" splurge, force the taxpayers into a fantasy "health care" con job, create hundreds of thousands of new federal jobs,… Continue

It has recently been determined that the malady that has infected the Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate is a form of Pelositis.
Originally it was thought to be Pelosiosis but as more symptoms were manifested, it was considered to be a combination of both--an inflammation of the brain in addition to the Obama micro trauma resulting in degenerative cells and calcification of the connecting tissue.… Continue

Why is the SEIU boss the White House’s most frequent visitor?
The Friday before Halloween, in response to requests from the public, the White House released records of the visitors it had received between January and July. George Clooney, Oprah Winfrey, and Serena Williams were among the famous names on the list. But the man who appeared most frequently is less well-known. His name is Andrew Stern, and during the first six months… Continue

Director of Economic Advisors, Christina Romer will explain tonight how the actions of the Bush administration were largely responsible for the current deficit and how it was not caused by stimulus spending. To clarify, the current deficit is the fault of the Bush Administration and is not in any way the fault of the Obama Administration. For further clarification and to paraphrase President Obama, “It’s not my fault.”
Here’s Christina Romer doing her impression of… Continue

Review of Obama’s first six months in office
(1) Sending a clear signal that the Middle East is at the top of his agenda, Obama's first call to any head of state as president was on 01/21/08, to Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas
, leader of Fatah party in the Palestinian territory in the West Bank; followed by calls to Ehud Olmert
, the Israeli prime minister, President Mubarak
of Egypt and Jordan’s… Continue

The following is an excerpt from an Op/Ed in today's The Cypress Times
about the impact that millions of Americans will feel beginning this week from Obama's sweeping credit card legislation, more of your money to big banks, and even taxes levied in cooperation between the state and banks to "tax" the unemployed....amazing and sadly all true -
"In May, President Obama signed the Credit Card Accountability,… Continue

Media skipped the transparent ink.
It chose bold, black ink, in the spirit of calling a Thorn a Thorn instead of a Blooming Flower.
Media chose a telling word to describe power bestowed to Presidential Elite: Czar.
(It has a rather regal tone, doesn’t it?) Reagan had three (3) czars, Clinton nine (9) and GW, twelve (12).… Continue

When U. S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner was interviewed on ABC on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2009 and was asked if he could rule out new taxes, he said that the government would have to make some "hard choices" in regard to increasing them. He declined to rule out any future ways of adding tax revenue.
I think what the country needs to do is to understand that we will do what it takes
to bring deficits down.
White House economic advisor Lawrence… Continue

We have all watched this scene in numerous Western movies. The sheriff says his prisoner will receive a fair trial when the judge arrives in the morning. But, one loud mouth stands on the steps of the jail house and works the crowd into a frenzy. The enraged mob breaks down the door, brutalizes the sheriff, drags out the prisoner and hangs him. It is later discovered that the prisoner was innocent. As a child watching these movies, I was amazed how people sheepishly followed one loud… Continue

The Problem with building a house of cards is that regardless of how wide the base a stiff breeze or a slamming door will bring the whole thing tumbling down. The republicans in congress would do well follow the conservative lead and realize that Barack Obama’s doors and windows are wide open. Although the Presidents personal numbers are still very good, his overall agenda is growing more and more unpopular among Voters. If republicans are smart, they will begin their all out assault to connect… Continue

President Obama will reportedly be appointing a "Pay Czar" shortly to oversee the compensation of executives and employees of any companies receiving stimulus money. Oh really? Never mind that it is pure nationalization and control of these companies by the government, which is at least socialism and at worst Marxism. My question is what about GOVERNMENT? Will this new Pay Czar be overseeing the pay of government entities that receive stimulus funds? That would include any STATE or CITY… Continue

In the first use of stimulus money in the state of Nevada, the US Government will be providing some 20 million dollars to help build a "historic railroad" that will run to the whorehouses in Moundhouse, NV. This is being done under the guise of "public transportation" funds, despite the hefty ticket price of $50 per passenger and the fact that the railroad will not actually go anywhere for actual commuters, and despite the fact that there is already a privately owned historic railroad, the… Continue

GM filed for bankruptcy today
, and I guess the most immediate notable thing about that is that our galaxy did not implode and pulverize us all into just so much star dust. In fact, against all odds, the sun was out and the birds were chirping at my house, just like most days this time of year. Impossible, but true.
Okay, maybe that sort of cynicism is a bit much. The sun… Continue
