When your mission is to bankrupt the US in order to create social crisis resulting in "CHANGE", it makes perfect sense to siphon off hundreds of billions of dollars of tax revenues and borrowed money (T-bills, etc.) by providing all the special services for illegals and letting them earn untaxed dollars to send to their families in Mexico.

And throw in a fake "stimulus" splurge, force the taxpayers into a fantasy "health care" con job, create hundreds of thousands of new federal jobs, and tax EVERYONE for using any energy. Do lots and lots of things that sound really "FAIR" and good to the gullible while draining the Treasury and forcing even the disbelievers and, in time, their children to pay for it all. That's a pretty good start at the CHANGES required to bring a nation to its knees.

Then, bring about "FAIRNESS" and "SOCIAL JUSTICE" by seizing lots and lots of money from the prosperous and give it to the poor and lazy, by making them ENTITLED to it and dependent on the government for nearly everything. Make everyone hate the wealthy corporations and people and capitalism by blaming them for nearly all the "CRISES" such as the economy, corruption,,racism, pollution and GLOBAL WARMING. Destroy all incentive for legitimate businesses and honest people to make any effort to attempt to make an honest profit and remain in the US.

Doing all this to "the last bastion of Freedom and Liberty" (the US) should almost guarantee it can be done worldwide. Keeping everyone continuously in "CRISIS mode" will insure that the events leading to total CHANGE will happen much more quickly than Marx, Lenin, or the American voters ever imagined.
