Mark today in your memory, for posterities sake. Write it on the calendar. Enter the date into your journal. Do whatever you must to sear this date into your mind. Today is the day you suddenly were not an American citizen anymore, you are now a subject. Today is the day, the Supreme Court, supposedly the guardian of the United States Constitution, became just political hacks, became just like this federal government, became traitors and criminals. Today is the day, the Supreme Court said, in effect, the federal government may mandate anything they wish to foist upon the American public.

 

Daniel Webster said this: “It is hardly too strong to say that the Constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but they mean to govern. They promise to be good masters, but they mean to be masters.”

 

The Constitution then, was put in place to limit the authority of the federal government, not give the government limitless authority, and how in the world then,  did the Supreme Court miss this easy call?

 

The three branches of government are in place to ensure that there are checks and balances, to ensure that one branch may not override the others and allow any government to become overbearing and tyrannical. Today, the Executive Branch has circumvented the Legislative Branch, (the Congress), and simply ordered the Department of Justice to immediately cease the deportation of illegal's. Literally today, the Judicial Branch issued a ruling that upheld a clearly unconstitutional bill as constitutional. The Judicial Branch, (the majority of the Justices), apparently believes the government has the authority to mandate that you purchase a product. What will be next? What will the federal government decide next, that you must purchase, or what will they decide you must do? How far may they now go? If the precedent this erroneous ruling sets doesn`t frighten you, then likely nothing will.

 

How have the three branches of government let us down?  How in the world did we get to this place? How in the world, did we ever get to a place where we would have elected representatives, (our employees), voting to approve a 2500 page bill that none of them had read? How did we ever have a bill written and approved that in effect, now makes the United States a socialist state? How has our Supreme Court, the last check, meant to be the guardian, the protector of the Constitution, ruled that this federal government could actually force American citizens to buy health insurance?

 

Thomas Jefferson said this:" When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty."

 

What about you? Do you fear this government? A government that sued Arizona to stop them from enforcing Sovereign U.S. law, that the feds simply refused to enforce? A government that sued Florida, attempting to stop them from removing non-citizens and ineligible voters from the rolls? A government that passed a measure called the National Defense Authorization Act, (NDAA), that reportedly gives the federal government the authority to hold U.S. citizens indefinitely, and without due process? A government that now has decided to use military drones over America's sky's?  Do you fear a government that circumvented the Congress and simply issued an executive order to the Department of Justice to immediately cease the deportation of young illegal's?

 

The Declaration of Independence says this: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,[76] that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government.......

 

Look closely at that statement.......whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, (Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness), it is the RIGHT of the People, to ALTER, or ABOLISH it, and to institute NEW government. We were given the ultimate authority by the Founders of this great Republic. We were given the RIGHT, when all else fails, when the three branches of government let us down, to take matters into our own hands, and alter or abolish this government and institute new government. But how do We the People do this? Will our elected officials, (our employees), simply go home when we confront them and tell them they`re out of line? Will they concede this power, this authority to us?  Do you think they will acknowledge that we do indeed have the right to order them to stand down? Will they tell us that we`re right, that the Founders very clearly, and expressly gave us the authority as a last resort, to call them all off and start over? Or would they resist? Would they label us as traitors? We, who are actually following the Constitution, and the clear expectations of the Founding Fathers. Would they round us up, try us, jail us, and dismiss us as radicals? Fringe, gun-nuts, who are completely out of touch with the new realities in America. After all, the Constitution is a "living" document, right? We certainly can`t reasonably expect that we can live in the 21st century with values, ethics and principles based on a culture from 236 years ago, right? There certainly couldn`t be any similarities between the rule of King George III, and our current government. Can tyranny even exist today, in our representative Republic? At what point do "the People" say enough is enough? And in the event the People wanted to alter or abolish a government and institute new government, how would that happen? What would that look like? Thomas Jefferson also made this statement: " The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

 

I believe I am NOT a traitor because I call those currently in government criminals. I believe I am NOT a traitor because I cling to the power and authority the Founders gave We the People. I believe I am NOT a traitor because I demand that our employees give our government back to us. And I believe I am NOT a traitor because I will stand with those who, as a last resort, will do whatever it takes, to bring out government back to the People. Our Founding Fathers were called traitors against King George, yet they stood firm in their unyielding stand that their Natural Rights trumped all. I wonder how Many American Patriots are still to be found today.

Dr. Michael Savage said that a respected neurologist told him that Chief Justice Roberts was on epilepsy medicine and that it may have an effect on his cognitive processes.
