According to Bob Unruh at World Net Daily, it appears that the issue surrounding whether Barack Obama's posting of the long form Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth at WhiteHouse.gov  is a valid document is not quite settled.  In a letter to DNC General Counsel Robert Bauer, Larry Klayman of the Klayman Law Firm of Washington, D.C., who is a former U.S. Justice Department attorney and is the founder of government watchdog group Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch. In the letter, Mr. Klayman asserts that the Hawaii Certificate of Live Birth, posted at WhiteHouse.gov, does not have "probative value" and can not stand alone without further corroboration as required by an "administrative body or official".  The letter states, "No one can state with any legal certainty that candidate Obama is even old enough to be President, much less that he meets the exclusively high bar of 'natural-born citizen' status required by Article II, Section 1, Clause 5."  In the letter, Larry Klayman warned that Democratic party officials could not claim ignorance of the fact that at the moment NO ONE in can swear an oath that Barack Obama is "the legally qualified candidate" under its own bylaws. He added that anyone who did swear to that at this moment without more information (hard copy of certificate with seals and sworn affidavits), would indeed be perjuring himself or herself.

There are indications from Barack Obama himself that he indeed, was not born in the United States.

The portion of the promotional booklet, according to Joel Pollak at Breitbart.com pictured above, was distributed to 'business colleagues' publishing industry by Acton & Dystel to promote Obama's first book, Journeys in Black and White, which he later abandoned and published Dreams From My Father instead. As Mr. Pollak so eloquently puts it, "It is evidence--not of the President's foreign origin, but that Barack Obama's public persona has perhaps been presented differently at different times." In other words, when Barack Obama is talking about his own past, one never knows when he is 'editing his history'. 

There is more reason to believe that lawyers are reluctant to file sworn affidavits asserting the authenticity of Barack Obama's birth certificate.  According to WesternJournalism.com ,in a New Jersey courtroom, Obama attorney Alexandra Hill stated to Judge Jeff Masin that Obama has not furnished a birth certificate to the appropriate parties in the state, she nevertheless said that he is under no obligation to do so. (This was originally reported by Jeffery Phelps at TheExaminer.com, but has since been removed. However, a copy of that article can be seen on a YouTube Video submitted by tatoott1009 ).

Common sense logic says the best way to put speculation about one's origin of birth is for the person in question to provide the physical document with the seal of the state of birth on it. Barack Hussein Obama has yet to do so. Notice has been served to officials of the Democratic Party that perjury charges are a very real possibility for anyone willing to certify the authenticity of Obama's Certificate of Live Birth. It appears Alexandra Hill was already very cognizant of that when she made her argument that President Obama was not required to submit the appropriate documents that would prove his origin and date of birth. Barack Obama asserted in his candidacy for president that his administration would be one of the most transparent in history. His failure to release his basic personal information, along with the extreme

cover-up associated with Operation Fast and Furious, make the administration of Barack Hussein Obama the LEAST transparent in the history of the office of the President of the United States of America.
