Today is a day that everyone in America should take the time to reflect and admire the courage of people like Leo Johnson. He was shot by someone who once again, just as the "boycotters" of Chik-Fil-A, was spewing his hatred on those who stand for what is deemed as righteous in the eyes of the Lord.  Floyd Lee Corkins took his hatred to an exponential level of that displayed by Chik-Fil-A Jihadist Adam Smith.  Corkins had multiple Chik-Fil-A sandwiches and ammunition in his backpack when he approached Leo "the Hero".  The Satan possessed and hatred obsessed Floyd, stated , "I don't like your politics." and opened fire. Leo was wounded, but went way beyond the call of duty and managed to wrestle Corkins to the ground. He received the help of several other employees in subduing Floyd Lee Corkins and preventing a bloodbath.  At the online publication Patheos.com, Max Lindenman, declared August 18th, "Security Guard Appreciation Day." On the Saturday edition of Huckabee, Family Research Council president Tony Perkins praised the actions of Mr. Johnson saying, "Leo followed the direction of The Holy Spirit." He didn't harm Mr. Corkins and even prayed for him. I can't see how anyone could associated that with a

hate group."   According to Eric Tucker and Ben Nuchols of The Huffington Post, Perkins also gave liberals a dose of their own rhetoric by asserting, "Corkins was given a license to shoot an unarmed man by organizations like the Southern Poverty Law Center that have been reckless in labeling organizations as hate groups because they disagree with them on public policy."

This incident also comes after Tony Perkins landed a haymaker of a punchline on Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel. Emanuel had said, "Chik-Fil-A does not represent the values of the city of Chicago."

At the "Under God Indivisible" event held by Christian Conservatives at High Point Church in Arlington Texas on Friday, August 27th, Mr. Perkins characterized the Chicago Mayor perfectly when he surmised, " I agree with Mayor Emanuel.  Chik-Fil-A does their business OVER THE COUNTER. Mayor Emanuel and his friends in Chicago do their business UNDER THE TABLE."
