This is one of the most ridiculous predictions imaginable in a world that hasn’t changed since the beginning of human existence, as it relates to the lust for power and control. The lust is not just a fact of life, it is ingrained in the human genes. Anyone can see it in the behavior of a 4-year old. So, given that, we now have Cap and Trade.

CO2 – the demon that you attack through your support for EPA control over every energy producing source in our society from large industry to my fireplace and Bar-B-Q is a quintessential enemy of human existence and because of that, no cost to the public is too much to bear.

Unfortunately, there is an inconvenient truth. Scientists believe that 100 million years ago carbon dioxide values were many times higher than now. Atmospheric CO2 levels going back in time show that 500 million years ago atmospheric CO2 was some 20 times higher than present values. Well now, how about that! Moreover, it dropped, then rose again some 200 million years ago to 4 to 5 times present levels; this was a period in which giant fern forests flourished. Sure, CO2 is plant food. More CO2—more plants. Well, that is just what scientists say, and what do they know compared to Al Gore?

Isn’t it marvelous how the earth takes care of itself? It really doesn’t need human help, Al Gore’s help, or YOUR help (notice how I seem to set YOU and Al apart from humanity). And the earth is probably much better off without any human help.

Instead of pursuing the real enemy of humanity, the vicious human elements among us that are dedicated to subjugating all humanity to their will (those who have never grown past the mental age of 4), you go after CO2. Shall we say it is just a ruse to profoundly extend government control over the private sector? Shall we say that the CO2 scare is just a con game? Shall we say that it is exactly what could be expected of a Statist? We can, because global warming as a consequence of CO2 is nonsense. In fact, the Antarctica is not melting away. It is doing just fine and who would know better than the Australians. They study it!

The only thing that you study is what can be done to change this country from a strong, economically viable engine of wealth to a crippled, demoralized, weak and vulnerable nation that is humble and contrite in a world of dictators (75% of the nations in the UN, as I recall).

When I think you and the people around you, it makes think of poor Dr. Miles Bennell, who discovers that people are being replaced with pods that walk and talk and behave like humans. Somewhat. It appears that you can sexually reproduce, however. That should be a plus but then I think of the inevitable indoctrination of innocent minds.
