According to a well known currency investment site, United States Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner is supposed to make a speech tomorrow around 9:00 AM EST regarding the looming global financial crisis.  According to Robert Strizinger's August 2nd article, Geithner had knowledge about the illegal pilfering from investors by Barclay's of London, along with Citigroup ,and J.P. Morgan Chase in the United States since at least 2008 when he was president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
