Petition to hold an investigation and to disclose: 

1. Anything and everything that the U.S. Government knew about Agent Orange, when did they decide to use Agent Orange and why did they choose to use Agent Orange when they knew of the harmful long lasting health effects. 
2. Disclosure of any and all the health effects associated with Agent Orange now and in the future. 
3. Remove the burden of proof from the Viet Nam Veterans and Non-Military American Survivors who traveled with the Armed Forces Professional Entertainment Units with travel orders from the U.S. Army that were affected by the U.S. Government’s decision to use Agent Orange that are seeking benefits relating to their health problems.
